GLOBAL PIONEER WEEKLY POWER START COMPENSATION

* PowerStart commission was designed to help jump-start a new Advisors training and get money quickly to a Advisor. Advisor and Consultants of all titles can participate in PowerStart commissions by sponsoring new Advisor. * There are two ways that Power Start commission is paid out. The difference is determined what program did your new sponsored advisor's enrolled in. If they enrolled on Global Pioneer Starter Kit or Global Pioneer Power pack. * If you have personally sponsor a new advisor and he or she enrolls on the Global Pioneer Stater Kit. Global Pioneer pays out 25 pesos on Level 1 and up to Level 2 sponsored new advisors. * If you have personally sponsor a new advisor and he or she enrolls on the Global Power Pack. Global Pioneer pays out 150 pesos on Level 1 and up to Level 2 sponsored new advisors.

Unlimited width means you can sponsor unlimited frontline advisors and get paid on their effort up the 9th levels depth. * Global Pioneer chose to be different approach in The percentage payouts on the UniLevel Compensation . To help the starting and smaller Advisors Global Pioneer pays higher percentages on lower levels and lower percentages on higher levels. COMPRESSION: Unilevel compensation are earned by and paid to Independent Advisors that are Compensation Qualified. When an Independent Advisor fails to meet the minimum maintenance requirements for earning compensation at his or her titled position, the Company's computer searches downline until it finds an Independent Advisor who is Qualified no matter how far downline it has to search. That qualified Independent Advisors personal volume for the Unilevel plan or group volume for the compensation plan then Compresses to include all the volume that may have been generated by all non-qualified Independent Advisors in between to create the next level or generation respectively, until it has satisfied its payout requirements with qualified Independent Advisor levels. The term Compression is used to describe the temporary condition that occurs when an Independent Advisor fails to meet the maintenance requirements for a particular pay period and the term. GROUP VOLUME VALUE POINTS (GVVP): GVVP represents all the PVP created by the entire group in the downline of an Advisor or higher rank person for the purpose of determining qualifications for promotion and maintenance qualifications for receiving various compensation. 40% Rule: No more than 40% of the required Group Qualification Points can come from any one leg of your organization. PERSONAL VALUE POINTS (PVP): Every Ardyss product that is purchased carries an assigned Value Points (VP). This VP is used to determine qualifications required for promotion to higher ranks. The accumulated QP of all products purchased by you and your retail customers during a given pay period are combined to determine your Personal Value Points

(PVP) for that pay period. This PVP is used to calculate bonuses in the Compensation Plan.
