Selling 82 Head Of High Grade, High Quality Production-Tested Holstein Dairy Cattle!!! CATTLE: Herd consists of (40) Holstein milk cows, (3) R&W milk cows, (4) Holstein/Jersey cross milk cows, (8) cows fresh recently or within the last 30-60 days, (1) cow due at sale time, balance of the herd is back and due for year around freshening. (9) large type Holstein bred & springing heifers bred 5-9 months of which (2) heifers will be due at sale time, (7) Holstein bred heifers bred 45-60 days of which (1) is Holstein/Jersey cross, (3) Holstein open or eligible to breed heifers 12-14 mo. old, (20) Holstein open heifers 4-11 mo. old of (2) are Holstein/Jersey cross, (3) Holstein heifer calves 2 wks.- 2 mo. old. Very nice selection of dairy heifers selling! HERD FACTS: Very young herd of cows selling! Majority of this herd sells either 1st, 2nd or 3rd calf, these cows have nice high udders with good feet and legs that show the right dairyness and type. Artificial breeding has been used exclusively for the past 25 yrs, mated for the past 10 yrs. with ABS breeding, of which top sires always have been used. The herd is presently on DHIA owner sampler testing with a RHA of 23,704 lbs. of milk, 3.9%bf test, 3.1% pro. with a SCC of 150,000. The herd is not pushed no BGH, TMR fed daily with good home balanced forages used of which the cows are averaging 75 lbs. per cow. Several cows milking 80-100 lbs. daily!
