6. To delete an invoice: Right click on the invoice and send the link to the admin assistance. - Highlight the invoice - Right click on the invoice - And choose send as a link and put the recipient e-mail.

So I can make a how-to configurate .htm/.html extension to be open with the IE Browser tutorial by default.

Please follow this steps to turn the .html asociation back to IE Browser. 1. Click the Start button. 2. Select Control Panel. 3. Select Programs. 4. Under Default Programs, select Make a file type always open in a specific program. The Set Associations window will appear, allowing you to change what program a file type is associated with by selecting the file type and clicking the Change program button.

Here you have to find the .html extension, then click on Change Program and Close. Finally the user should close the IE Browser windows and then restart the browser.

After the DQL the status changes from 0 to canceled

Note: Sometimes when you issue a DCTM query, the DCTM may give you an error message ,please dont be discourage just simple check again to see if changes have taken place.

16) I need you to create a new Department for P&P purposes. This is related to the conversation with Jim Carlin. All tasks involved are detailed in the Administrator Manual. This would be a good opportunity to practice this with Raul and also to check if the instructions in the manual are clear enough, and correct the manual if needed (for example I prefer creating folders manually and not through DQL). The Department to be created is Projects, and the Area (created in the table policies_areas) is Projects with code PRJ. Plus the tasks described in the manual, it is required to create a folder at the same level as Workspace named Forms. The group of writers for the Projects Department must have Write permission on the Forms folder. Creating new Departments for the Policies and Procedures process GROUPS : 1. Create a group of authors : eg_w_pnp_projects 2. Create a group of reviewers : eg_r_pnp_projects 3. Both groups above must be included in the : eg_w_pnp_general and eg_p_pnp 4. Assign the users to the groups above . If there is a reviewer he should be added to the group eg_w_pnp_review_document a) Create an ACL for the department s folder by the following naming rule:

After changing the vendor code , move the invoice to the right folder e.g. TES003
