Milton Revilla, during his duty as an active military officer, while in the post of Infantry Officer of the Army in the border with Colombia, in charge of the Military Base Lieutenant Rafael Moros, area of Catatumbo of the State of Zulia, in the year 2002, he came across with Jose Arturo Cubillas-Fontan, Spanish citizen nationalized as Venezuelan who is accused in Spain of being a member of the Basque terrorist organization ETA, being the person responsible in Venezuela for the training of some of its members in order to carry out terrorist activities in such country. In spite of the reports Revilla sent to his superior, denouncing this, he did not obtain any answer; instead, he was a victim of coercion and threats in order to prevent him from issuing statements to national and international media. On February 12ve, 2012, the trial against Milton Revilla began at the First Military Judgment Court, under the administration of President Magistrate Alfredo Solorzano-Arias, who refused in all phases of the trial (from March 1st, 2011 to February 15th, 2012) to receive evidence given by members of the National Executive itself (REDI Central, Ministry of Interior and Justice, Ministry of Air Transportation, scientific police CICPC and Ministry of Foreign Relations) in order to prove his innocence. This means that even though members of government Institutions showed the invalidity of the actions promoted by the Military District Attorneys Office (false military order to start penal investigation, forged order of apprehension, forged documents and procedures), the Control Court and the Military

Counterintelligence Directors Office (DCIM) headed by General Hugo Carvajal, the military court dismissed such evidences by sentencing Milton Revilla-Soto to 6 years and 7 months of imprisonment for the crime Against the Security of the Armed Forces without any proof for the charged crime. Revilla-Soto did not attend the National Spanish Court as a Protected Witness in the above mentioned case because the Military Judgment Court of Caracas never allowed him to do so; 17 written requests were given to him, reason why he never fulfilled his civic duty as a citizen of the World. In fact, it was alleged that the Ministry of Foreign Relations had to approve it, and the Foreign Minister himself Nicolas Maduro, through the legal consulting office, said he did not have to authorized such trip and that it was the responsibility of said court. This means that at the international level, Magistrates Colonel (Army) Alfredo SolorzanoArias and Navy Captain Siria Venero de Guerrero, could be accused of Collaboration with Terrorist Organizations for having consciously and deliberately refused to allow the presence to Milton Revilla-Soto before the National Spanish Court. Milton Revilla-Soto was detained and he is imprisoned since February 15th, 2012 in the Military Jail of Ramo Verde, State of Miranda, Venezuela, and sentenced to 6 years and 7 months of imprisonment. www.venezuelaawareness.com
