World war II was a major conflict that caused a mass loss of human life, only twenty years after World war I the supposed war to end all wars. In both wars germany took full blame for causing the war after their defeat. but it wasnt their fault. After WWI ended with the defeat of the central powers , mainly led by germany, the allied nations convergened in an attempt to resolve the term sof the surrender. France and Britain decided to blame Germany, France wanting to reduce their military might so they couldnt threaten france and britain wanted to make them pay reperations for the war, repaying the allied governments for the cost of the war. This bill passed and it very quickly ran the German production system and econmy into the ground. The called the treaty that caused this the Treaty of Versailles, this treaty angered germany and never really solved the problems of the war. Thus the main cause for WWII was the Treaty of Versailles. After the end of World war I nearly of major power in the world had massive debts to pay. Britains solutuion was to make Germany, the loser of the war, pay reperation. forcing them to have to pay not only their massive debts but everyone else as well, a rather great plan for the counry smaller then the size of Texas. Doing this killed germanys economy, the Weimar republic thought they could pay back the debt by just printing more money, then inflation struck. The infaltion was so bad by 1923 it took 200 hundred german marks to by one loaf of bread. Germany was unable to recover with all the restrictions placed upon it, they could not produce anything that wasnt approve that all of the allied nations did not approved. And they were only allowed to trade goods with who the allied said they could for how much they said they could, as you can imagine the people of Germany were less then happy about this, they blamed the Weimar republic for letting this all happen when it was truely the allies fault. After the Treaty of Versailles took effect , the German people grew to resent the Weimar republic , their current government, they wanted new leadership. Then along came a motivationalyoung fellow by the name of Adolf Hitler he led a nationalist party known as the nazis he gathered the support of the people through rallies and speeches eventually they overtook the government and put him in powerm immediatly he became a dictator following the Italian dictator and inventor of facism Benito Mussolini. Hitler gave the Germans national pride again as he dified all of the restrictions on him and started to rebuild the national guard sized army France said they could have, nearly 100 ships were taken along with their entire military airforce and armored divisions at the end of the war and they were told not to rebuild Hitler did anyway, and the allies did noothing to stop

them. Already they were on the march to war. Meanwhile in Japan the newly imperialised country saw this beginning to an outbreak as a chance to start taken territory they started with Manchuria located in nothern china. The " League of nations" was appoled by this Japans response was a swift as a hand to the face they, just left the League. Marching them closer to war, on the axis side of things. Once Hitler came into power he needed to shift the focus of the people and focus their hate, he did this with hate a racism, Hitler blamed the jews for their problems and well so did the people , there was riots in the streets as jews stores were ransacked and synnagouges burned . on top of that Hitler passed laws that took away their rights as citizens. Germany filledthis racist hate of self importance by incourageing the people that going to awar to conquer their lands and take them for their superior selves , directly leading to the war. The mass genocide that insued could of been avoided if the Treaty of Versailles was avoided. In the end it was the Treaty of Versailles that casued this destruction, the cruel Treaty designed to punish Germany and prevent a war. It brough unrest to Germany letting Hitler to take power. iIt gave the Germans a reason to hate the rest of the world. It was a terrible idea, it was foolish. It was the Treaty of versailles. It was Responsible for World war II. After all of this the world still has problems , some very smilar to the war istelf. Korea is placeing trade embargos all thats mever done in history is tick off the embargoed . Or in Iran where they hated their government and overthrew them but got a Dictator in returned just like with hitler, it seems history will just keep repating as long as we remain uneducated about this . Never repeat the treaty , The Treaty of Versailles was directly responsible for World War II
