Table and Figures : Every table and figure should be given table No./Figure No. with caption at the bottom of the table and figure . The Numbers for the table and figure shall be given as follow: The first table of chapter 1 shall be given number as table 1.1: caption and the second table of the same chapter shall be given as 1.2 : caption and similarly apply for other chapters. (First number indicates chapter, second number indicates figure no. of that chapter) The same rule applies for naming of figures. II. Submission of Project Report to the University:

The student will submit his/her project report in the prescribed format. The Project Report should include:

three copies of the summary / abstract. Three Copies of the Project Report. Soft copy of project and documentation on CD in a thick envelope. The Project Report may be about 75 pages

CONCLUSION: The write-up must end with the concluding remarks-briefly describing innovation in the approach for implementing the Project, main achievements and also any other important feature that makes the system stand out from the rest.
