Program Structure

Elementary Schools (K-5)

Program Structure • Elementary Schools (K-5) – 1 Health class & 1 PE class per week

1 Health class & 1 PE class per week for 30 minutes each

Middle Schools (6-8)

Approximately 20 Health classes and 40 PE classes per year, meeting 2-3 times per week

High School (9-12)

year, meeting 2-3 times per week • High School (9-12) – Wellness 9 & 10: 1

Wellness 9 & 10: 1 Health class and 1 PE class per 7 day cycle
