We start our activity with a prayer led by Mr. Mark Rivera. next is the National anthem conducted by Mr.

Teejay Panganiban. the third part is an opening remarks and inspirational talk from councillor of brgy. malaking pulo ................. after that, we set our powerpoint presentation for the discussion about aerobics. mark rivera discussed the importance and benefits of that we can get from aerobics. Seniors were actively participated in in the discussion. seniors became interested and excited when we show them videos of seniors that are engaged in aerobics. that videos became motivation for them. after the presentation of videos, we told our seniors to stand up and fix the alignment of the chairs. next,Mr. Teejay Panganiban taught seniors the proper breathing. we practice the inhaling using the nose and exhaling using the mouth. proper breathing is important in performing aerobics especially to seniors so that we practice it first. Before we proceed to chair aerobics, we had stretching and warm of our body from head to foot for the preparation for aerobics . after the warm up we told seniors to sit down and we will proceed to our chair aerobics. we play the music on the floor by Jennifer lopez and Mr. Teejay Panganiban demonstrated the chair aerobics. the first step is marching. every step has a count og 32. second is the march,putting left foot in front followed by right foot. seniors are actively participated in our aerobics and we saw that they are enjoying what they are doing. while Mr. panganiban is demonstrating, Mr. anton, Mr. Jeffrey and Mr. cardillo are assisting seniors so that they know what to do. Mr. mark Rivera is getting a picture using a digicam. the third step is the side step, it is done by putting our right foot first sideward and left foot sideward. 4th step is like 3rd step but having pulling arms alternately. 5th step is pointing sideward having 2 claps, 6th step is rolling the arms sideward having two claps. 7th step is the combination of step no. 5 and 6. 8th step is alternate putting the knees up. 9th step is slowly putting the arms sideward with inhaling and exhaling. after that, we ask seniors how they feel, they said that they feel relaxed and they felt good. they also said that they want more. we proceed to our chair aerobics. the 10th step is pointing forward same arms same leg. 11th step is putting the foot forward alternately and crossing the arms forward. next is punching forward. 13th step is stop sign in front alternately with legs. 14th step is playing drums sideward. 15th step is alternate putting legs up and followed by kick it up cross. 17th step is swing arms side ward. next is showing elbows putting the foot forward alternately. 18th step is putting the legs side ward followed by with arms. the last step for chair aerobics

is the stamping. after the chair aerobics, we distributed glasses of water for the water break of seniors. we also ask them if they are tired. they said that they want more. we are happy because they are showing that they are really interested for our activity. they also want a copy of videos of chair aerobics. after the water break, we proceed to the 2nd phase of our aerobics which is standing. in this phase we test the leg strength and balance of seniors. the 1st step is putting their hands in back of the chair and they stretch their ankles. next, we told them to touch behind the chair and put their hands up for them to balance. for them to be relaxed, Mr. panganiban told seniors to shake their legs. next step is like the 1st step but uses one leg. we do it first with left foot followed by right foot. then we proceed to next step which is launching position then stretch ankles. then we told them to put their hands behind the chair and stretch their waist. last, we stretch our ankles with putting hands up while inhaling and exhaling. we done our chair aerobics. seniors said that they felt good after the chair aerobics. we told them to take their seats and we will have snack time. we distributed sandwiches and juices to the seniors. while they are eating, they are watching videos of chair aerobics. we laughed because they are following the videos, it is like they are not get tired after the aerobics. we, mapeh major go to the seats of seniors one by one to give thanks to them for participating in our practicum. after the snack time and bonding time, we proceed to the closing remarks by our instructor Mr. Jordan Cardillo. last thing, we set the chairs of seniors for the picture taking. we had many pictures. this experience is unforgettable because we knew different people. we told ourselves that it is happy having bonding with seniors. we are very thankful to them.
