Low Voltage PMDC Motors (338 watts max)
Johnson Electric Super 300 Series PMDC provides improved performance of 10-15% versus the standard 300 series in a similar package size.
A recent engineering trend within Johnson Electric is to improve performance of standard PMDC production motors without sacrificing size or drop in replacement capabilities. The result is a high power density motor since it produces more power in the same package size. From the outside the Super 300 version looks the same as the standard 300 series. However, the internal construction has been vastly redesigned to achieve a 10 to 15% performance increase over the standard 300 series from which it was developed.

The result is a high power density motor since it produces more power in the same package size. From the outside the Super 400 version looks the same as the standard 3400 series. However, the internal construction has been vastly redesigned to achieve a 10 to 15% performance increase over the standard 400 series from which it was developed. The super 400 PMDC motor utilizes rare earth Neodymium Iron Boron magnets making better use of input energy in a smaller package that delivers more power per ampere.
