Friday, December 3 9:00 am 5:00 pm at the George Washington Masonic Memorial This boutique-style shopping atmosphere features childrens items, home accents, jewelry, antiques, and a fine selection of fragrant wreaths, garlands, paper whites, heather bundles, decorative ribbons, and more. Checks, Visa, American Express, MasterCard and cash are accepted.

Advent Service and Wreath Laying Ceremony


Saturday, December 4 9:00 am A Reverend from the Old Presbyterian Meeting House and the Chaplain of the Saint Andrews Society will lead worshippers into the historic meeting house at 321 South Fairfax for an Advent Service and laying of the wreath at the tomb of the Saint Andrews Society founder.

The Scottish Christmas Walk Parade


Saturday, December 4 11:00 am For the 40th consecutive year, we proudly present The Campagna Centers Scottish Christmas Walk Parade, brought to you in cooperation with The Saint Andrews Society of Washington, D.C. and the City of Alexandria. Over 100 Scottish Clans, pipe and drum bands, Scottish dancers, re-enactment groups, Scottie dog groups, dignitaries and, of course, Santa Claus will march down the streets of Old Town. Parade begins at Wilkes and South Saint Asaph Streets, and ends at Market Square with a massed band concert.

Annual Holiday Boat Parade of Lights


Saturday, December 4 - 4:00 pm 6:30 pm Alexandrias harbor lights up when more than 50 illuminated boats cruise the Potomac River at the historic waterfront. Festivities at the Alexandria City Marina from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. with Santa arriving by fireboat at 4:15 p.m. for pictures with Santa. The boat parade begins at 6 p.m.

*Patron Pub features a complete top-shelf tasting menu, including various rare Scotches. Limited Scotch selection and Scottish ales, as well as beer, wine, and unique Scottish fare, will be available throughout the evening.
A tasting featuring a vast number of scotches to entice each guest from the beginning Scotch enthusiast to the connoisseur. Heavy hors doeuvres and beer and wine also served. Patron tickets $150/person; $250/couple General admission $100/person
