SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, DIOSELA ONIA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and presently residing at Block 25 Lot 25Phase 2 Southville 4, Brgy. Cainigain, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, MERCIDITA SOLIMANAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen,with residence and postal address at Block 12 Lot 28 Celina Mansion Subd., Brgy. Loma, Bian, Laguna, to be my true and lawful Attorney-infact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit: 1. To MAKE, SIGN, EXECUTE, DELIVER and BIND us in any and all documents, Deed of Sale, Contract to Sell, Deed of Conditional Sale and other legal paper perform such other acts which he may deem proper or which may be required by law to carry out the foregoing power, and to acknowledge or subscribed and swear to such documents, deeds and agreements before any notary public or other office or persons authorized under Philippine laws to take such acknowledgement or administer such oaths. 3. To RECEIVE the proceeds of sale which she deem fit and proper whether in cash or in check; 4. Generally, to do and perform any and all acts things that may be necessary under the premises. HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and perform all acts and things whatsoever requisites and necessary to be done in and about the premises as full to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, with all the power of substitution and revocation, and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that said Attorney-in-Fact, her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
