I think the most fun has been watching how we all challenge ourselves and then seeing progress on the scale or in our measurements.
NO QUOTE RECEIVED
Well, Im not going to say the exercise classes, because they are painful, ha ha. On the other hand, I enjoy the sense of humor and the cheering each other on . . . that gets us through the hard parts. I appreciate what each member brings to the group and the group as a whole working together to be healthier.
I have enjoyed meeting the people I am working out with. The trainers are very nice and have helped each and every one of us in one way or another. Each person in this has been supportive in each of their own ways. They are very nice people and it would be real nice if we can all keep in contact and see how we are all doing from time to time and be there if we need each others support. I must say that I will be looking into some classes after this is all done. I would like to do more of this with other groups. I want to keep this lifestyle going. Even at a pound a week, my clothes fit better and my energy is higher. People tell me they can see it in my face and my clothes. And I love that!
The most fun is that we are all working together to help and push each other. It is competitive, but in a fun way.
As a group, it has been great following the progress of all members of the group. It is very motivating. You have your own cheerleading group. There is also a level of competition built in, which pushes you to do your best.

Residents urged to get flu vaccine
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has encouraged people to get vaccinated against influenza in light of a recent increase in confirmed cases, state officials said. Influenza rates have risen recently in Wisconsin and nationwide. While flu season started late this year, it is not too late to be vaccinated, said Dr. Henry Anderson, state health officer. Anyone over 6 months old can receive the vaccine and supplies are available. This is the latest start to the influenza season in 29 years, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Flu symptoms include fever, body aches, fatigue, headache and sore throat, and appear one to five days after infection. Severe illness can include pneumonia. Anderson said he encourages people to take precautions to protect themselves against the spread of influenza: Get vaccinated. Wash hands often with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Cover coughs and sneezes with arm or sleeve. Stay home when sick. Avoid close contact with others who are sick. Dont share drinking cups and straws. Clean commonly touched surfaces like doorknobs, refrigerator handles, telephones and faucets. For more information about influenza, visit dhs.wisconsin.gov.

outstanding vocalists presented a creative, well-balanced performance that included a variety of selections from Renaissance counterpoint to the adaptations of jazz and contemporary selections skillfully arranged by the ninth member of the crew, Jim Clemens. The group delightfully blended their voices to intertwine in flowing textures. It consisted of two sopranos, two tenors, a baritone, a bass and two countertenors who created the contralto and mezzosoprano roles, all fine singers, both as soloists and as a group. Only on a few occasions did the none vibrato high notes seem a little penetrating. The repertoire itself was a stunning collection of choral interweaving. The ensemble brought an impressive stage presence to their production that was extremely fresh and charming. Beginning with a lively rendition of Renaissance composer Orlando Gibbons O Clap Your Hands, the talented vocalists set the mood for a

Lions Club International logo will be the center of attention for students who will get birthday cake for the lunch dessert that day. With the younger children of the lower grades, well engage them in a round of the Happy Birthday song and expect the little ones to jump in with gusto, said Lions Club Steering Committee Chairman and First Vice President
Don Sidlowski. Were pretty sure the older students will pass on the chance to sing, but were just as happy to hand them a piece of birthday cake, and we know they will appreciate it just as much, he said. The club, chartered March 18, 1952, will continue to hold a special event each month of 2012 to commemorate its 60th anniversary.
