In this paper, I am going to discuss about my career development plan, which includes my career goals, promotional opportunities, skills, abilities, education, job satisfaction attributes, and finally develop action steps to attain my career goals. Living just for existence has never been the objective of my life. From my childhood, I was passionate towards computers and new technology, so my goal is to establish a software company, make my company to compete with others and achieve the greater heights in the Information Technology. Right from my school days I learned many applications related to the computers and still learning. During high school, I was fascinated with electronic gadgets. Along the way, however, I realized that the problem-solving aspect of making electronic gadgets was what I enjoyed the most. Engineering was a natural career choice which leads to achieve my career goal. The unique Bachelor of Engineering program at Jyothismathi Institute Of Technology and Sciences earned me a great knowledge in Electronics field. The most unique thing about the course is that, we can move along with both fields of hardware and software. Apart from this, it also taught me programming in assembly languages like microprocessor unit. The rigorous curriculum of the program is a unique blend of theory and experiments with an emphasis on research and originality. Apart from its regular courses, the program offered an introductory course in Entrepreneurship. The great environment and an excellent faculty have instilled in me a tremendous liking for the area of computers.

My Career Development Plan My under-graduate studies gave me an opportunity to work with students having

similar motivation and aspirations. Apart from academics, I have developed a personality on all fronts with active involvement in social work, sports, dramatics, and debating, striking a perfect balance between work and play. These invigorating interactions have nurtured in me the qualities of team spirit and the desire to help others. I have attended several rigorous camps and they have cultivated in me a sense of discipline, persistence, diligence and resilience, which I feel is critical for any successful speculation in life. I believe in hard-work and sincerity. My strength lies in my ability to learn from experience and capacity to face challenges on my own. My objective for a master's degree is to get involved in such a course which leads to help me in achieving my goal. I believe that a career in such a field is an intellectual and stimulating academic environment will offer me an excellent way to contribute my bit to the life long process of development and dissemination of knowledge. I am fully aware of the kind of dedication and hard work needed, and I am confident of meeting the challenges. The MS in Computers from Fairleigh Dickinson University would supplement my work experience in the field of Computers where I want to gain high credentials. Also this course provides me with sound foundation in administration and computer security, which enables me to suit any functional and sartorial responsibility. Master degree will satisfy my wish to be recognized as a graduate in computers from multicultural and worldwide recognized institute like this. As this course consists of administration, by the time of completion of my course I am able to analyze the maintenance of an organization. while pursuing MS I must do my best and look for job programs and internship

My Career Development Plan that will be beneficial to my career after I graduate. Internship and job program will be a major help and advantage when it comes to finding a job after MS. I would like to work in a software company for atleast 2-3years, so that I can understand the nature and behavioural structure of a companyfrom bottom to top level. Its difficult enough to give up the comforts of the corporate world to start a company. With the support of my family and friends the journey can be challenging. To win the support of my family, I take the time to explain the business and build a solid company plan. Many industries are tightly bound by regulations relating to licenses, permits and policies such as health and safety. This often creates difficulty in terms of cost for purchasing licenses and permits and adapting services or facilities to adhere to these regulations. Compensation can be a job satisfaction attribute, but in my opinion an individual must be satisfied with the work itself in order to be satisfied in their job. The employees should be motivated and make them feel that they are involved in challenging and meaningful work. Appreciation and rewarding are two other job satisfaction attributes

which plays a crucial role in the contraction of a company. I knew that the future success of a company depends on the efforts made during its youth, so I take it as a serious challenge for its development. So, I would like to intend my company with these sort of attributes. This is my career plan and I am going to try hard to make everything work out properly.
