Work Responsibilities: 1.Preassembly of economizer, LTHS & front pass SH, RH water panels, boiler structure & there quality checkups like ball pass, RT, UT, fit-ups. 2.Issuing materials from stores & gantry yard as per plan & erection requirement 3. Tower crane maintanance

2-Duration between June 2011 to Dec 2011.

Worked as Engineer (EXECUTION) in POWER MECH PROJECTS LTD., Akaltra, and Dist: - Janjgir Champa in Power plant of KSK MAHANADI POWER COMPANY LTD. (6x600 MW). Work Area in Fabrication, erection & Alignment of E.S.P ,pressure part (BOILER) ,fabric filters, installation of centrifugal pumps, I.D & F.D Fans, catterpillat DG SETS.

Work Responsibilities:
1. Planning for execution. 2. Organizing the resources required for execution (man power, contractors, materials and machinery). 3. Reporting to the senior management by daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. 4. Preparation of minutes of meetings. 5. Continuous monitoring of equipment erection as per specific manual and required procedures. 6. Short term schedule preparation and implementation. 7. Modification of drawing as per site condition. 8. Quality Record verification. 9. Preparation of Erection Clearance Certificate and approval. 10. Coordination between the Subs contractor, EPC & Client. 11. Angul, Orissa under JINDAL STEEL & POWER LTD. A 12.5 MTPA TPA steel plant and a 2600 MW captive power generation facility.

Work Responsibilities: (piping-fire fighting)

1.Preaparation of necessary documents for welding procedure specifications, process qualification test(PQR), field inspection intimation format(FIN) for RT, fit ups , weld visuals, LPT/DPT , raping coating, hydro tests, line history sheets(LHS) & there execution. 2. Conducting welder tests(WPQ), making sure if the work in site is as per the protocols (QAP) released my technical consultants & client requirements. 3. Preparing monthly work schedule/plan, & getting their quality clearance, co-coordinating with the execution department & giving presentations on behalf of our org. 4. Executing hydrant piping system, compressor & pump installations as per approved blue prints. 5. Conducting holiday tests for underground piping at fabrication yard, DFT tests , Surface preparation of pipes after sand blasting. 6.Preapering documents like WPS, QAP, FQP 7.Very handy working with ANSI & AMSE standards.
