Mr. Gogulski has over 50 years experience in general contracting, engineering, corporate facilities, and supervision of architect and engineering services. He led teams in the delivery of significant industrial, commercial, public works, high technology R&D, mass transit and residential projects throughout the United States, and overseas. Starting as Field Engineer in Bechtels San Francisco planning and scheduling office, Mr. Gogulski grew in progressive steps to Project Manager and Vice President with general contractors. He joined General Electrics corporate Real Estate and Construction Operation in Schenectady New York where he oversaw six industrial construction projects on the east coast. Recruited by a former supervisor at GE, Mr. Gogulski joined Disney as Owners Representative for construction of the Contemporary Resort Hotel at Disneyworld, Orlando, Florida. His broad range of experience in several disciplines qualifies him as a unique expert in construction. This includes employment under the following titles: Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President and President for general contractors; Director of Construction, Director of Development, and Director of Facilities for owners and developers, and Project Officer and Project Manager for government agencies. As a general contractor, Mr. Gogulski built 3000 apartments and condominiums in four states, renovated Class A office buildings in New York and Boston, supervised earthmoving, roads and utility installation in Detroit, completed a contract in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia for construction of two infrastructure projects; repaired POL facilities, levees, a marina, roads, airport, hospital and installed underground utilities on Kwajalein, Marshall Islands, and assisted Bechtel in engineering assignments on refinery projects in Richmond, California and Ft. Madison, Iowa. For the last 12 years, Mr. Gogulski operated a forensic engineering consulting firm specializing in construction claims, delay damages, recovery of cost, and accident investigations. His reports and expert testimony helped resolve litigation throughout the country. His interest in improvements to the claims process by introducing unique 3D presentations has resulted in an association with Applied Science International Ltd, a firm with 14 patents in structural engineering, and a leader in performance based structural analysis.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE (continued) Predator Project, Creech Air Force Base, Indian Springs, NV Directed quality control for the Predator Headquarters building and related support facilities as an extension of staff for a general contractor on this US Army Corps of Engineers contract. Using RMS software and improved field inspections, corrected outstanding deficiencies, overcame delays in design issues, and insisted that the contractor comply with the standards stated in the specifications. New York City School Construction Authority New York, NY Directed 22 school renovation and new construction programs from conception and design, through construction and final closeout. Supervised numerous general contractors and construction managers. Was promoted to senior staff for assistance in the administration of a one billion dollar per year construction program, Developed a software program which improved performance and provided better accounting. New York City Transit Brooklyn, NY Administered construction contracts in the Infrastructure Department for three transit and station renovation projects. Oversaw two field offices with full responsibility for cost, progress and client satisfaction for engineering, contract compliance, change orders, progress payments, and schedule. Supervised eight engineers, monitored and ensured project safety, directed and scheduled general contractors. Disney Contemporary Resort Hotel Orlando, FL Supervised design and construction of this award winning monumental project. Took over control of project when it was one year behind schedule. Insisted that the architect assign key members of its design team on site full time and immediately resolved the contentious issues between the general contractor and Disney. Increased work force to 1200, and began working two 12 hour shifts seven days/week. Overcame every delay, construction and design issue as they occurred with a team effort by the respective professionals. Successfully met completion dates and delivered a quality project that complied with Disneys standards. Southwest Corridor Project, Kaiser Engineers Boston, MA As Development Manager, I oversaw an urban design team in the planning of Metropolitan Boston Transit Authoritys Southwest Corridor, a five mile long mass transit/urban development project, which includes seven subway stations, two Amtrak and four transit lines, five miles of park land, 36 bridge renovations, and five miles of road. I supervised 4 architectural firms and two consultants with the goal of producing an urban design manual and development manual prior to the starting of any of the architectural firms assigned to design the station areas. This project was selected as Project of the Year in 1983 by the American Society of Civil Engineers, and won the presidents award by the National Endowment of Arts in Washington, DC., thanks to David Lee, FAIA, principal with Stull and Lee, Inc.,a key member of the urban design team.
