Course Description This intensive programme is designed to effectively prepare aspiring professionals to sit and pass the Project Management Institutes (PMI) Project Management Professional Exam. This course will completely satisfy the PMP Exam requirements as well as the real world project management needs. It covers all knowledge areas of PMIs Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) and provides practical exercises that exactly replicate the style and methods used during actual tests. When you earn the PMP Credentials, you show your peers, supervisors and clients your commitment to your profession, and your ability to perform the functions of a project management practitioner. Course Objectives: You will be able to: Enhance retention by employing accelerated learning techniques focused on committing information to long-term memory; Embrace a structured discipline proven successful for other project managers; Enhance the value of Project Coordinator and team members to employers and customers Boost a higher level of confidence for Project Manager in achieving work goals in project management Course Duration: 5 Days (35 Hours) Time: 9:30 am to 5:30pm Pre-requisites: For Bachelors Degree holder: Minimum 3 years of non-overlapping professional project management experience (during which at least 4,500 hours were spent leading and directing project tasks). For High School Diploma or Associates Degree holder: Minimum 5 years of non-overlapping professional project management experience (during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing project tasks). Award *At the end of the course the student will be awarded with the Certificate of Achievement from Lithan Education( 35 PDUS).
*PMP certification will be awarded by PMI upon successful PMP examination.
