I. OWNERS SHORT HISTORY

Engineer Kiflom G/hiwot Araya is the owner of this company. Engineer Kiflom is born in July 1972 G.C. and has completed his elementary and high school studies with outstanding performances, standing first in rank consistently. Kiflom is also awarded his first B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering with great distinction from Addis Ababa University in July 1994G.C. Engineer Kiflom is further conducting his M.Sc. studies to specialise in Construction Technology & Managment at Addis Ababa University Institue of Technology. Engineer Kiflom is a registered professional engineer with vast experiance, above 17 years; in roads, bridges and building construction and design projects. Kiflom has also demonstrated his capability of managing complex construction projects in time and budjeted cost, achieving all specifications and standard requirements to the satisfaction of his clients.

II. COMPANYS SHORT HISTORY

Kiflom G/hiwot Araya, General Contractor [KIFCON] is established in May 2010 to engage in Construction (roads, bridges, buildings & water works) and Real Estate Development. Kifcon has used its first two months, effectively, to properly organize its managment structure, company policies and manuals. Then after it has been busy in conducting projects that were awarded to us directly with out bids from high rank companies, Akir Construction plc and Macro General Contractor & Trading plc, who do know well our competence in properly managing and executing civil work projects, our commitment to our duties and trust worthiness
