Annual Plan (2012) Day scholar liaison officer( dslo)

Objectives: By the end of the year 2012, the child should be able to;
1. Have personal detailed, or guardians such as name, address, contact number and occupation etc. 2. Have the record of family background,academic and co-curricular achievement etc. 3. Stop their undesirable movement during holiday and off hours. 4. Be fully responsible regarding the code of conduct of day scholar (DSLO) 5. Have good interaction with the house master and class teacher after participating in the SAP work and other house/ school activities. 6. Track record of their companies both in school and outside.

W eek Month FEBRUA RY Week - I Week - II Week - III Week - IV -Meet and sit with day scholar students. -Introduce amongst students and DSLO. -Keep the record of the family background and case history of the child. -Keep the health record of the child. -Keep the record of academic and cocurricular achievement of the child. Week - V -Collect details of students, or guardians such as name address, contact number and occupation etc. -keep record of their class,section,club and house etc.

MARCH

-Brief day scholar students about the code of conduct of day scholars -Keep record about their attendance and reason for their absence in the class.

APRIL

-Brief them about process that they have to follow while taking leave.

-Do remedial work at school.

-plan and do some remedial work at school.

-administer the disaster and emergency issues of day scholar students during the school hours.

MAY

. -Visit Sharipangkha and help doing some works.

-Keep record of their participation in school function esp like drop in service.

-Do paper picking and collecting rubbish around shop and road areas.

-visit Zongsalu and help place making flower garden around the place.

-Meet with day scholar students and ask if they have any problem.

Objectives: By the end of the academic year, the child should be able to; 1. Draw and paint some Bhutanese arts. 2. Handle paint brush and use color while drawing and painting. 3. Mixed different colors that can be used to paint. 4. Develop logical idea and skill for drawing and painting 5. Develop their interest and learning in drawing and painting.

W eek Month FEBRUAR Y -Provide members with materials like paint, paint brush etc. -Practice with mixing of various colors. -Divide members into various groups. ( A,B,C,D,E ..) -Teach them about handling of paint brush and mixing of various colors. Week - I Week II Week - III Week - IV -Registration of member under club Week - V -Introduction amongst the members and coordinator.

-practice with some basic drawing like, circle, triangle, square etc.

-practice with more complicated drawing of flower part like leave, stem, bud and flowers.

APRIL

-Teach members about some basic paintings.

-Assign members in groups to draw on given topic or title.

-Provide each group with different title of art. -Practice with drawing of different birds and painting with colors.

-Start working on the given title ( Drawing and painting)

-Presentation of different art to the rest of the members

AUGUST

-Evaluation will be done based on their presentation of art.

-Display their arts work in different classes and best will be selected and kept in library and staff room for references.

-Practice with nature painting

-Practice with drawing and painting of some animals.

SEPTEMB ER

-valuation

-Assign all members with one title to come up best art for exhibition .

-Prepare for art exhibition

-Exhibition

OCTOBER

-Evaluation of their work and select few best art to be kept in library.

-Closure and collect feedback from members.
