Your lives are just beginning to open up to many more opportunities for growth in the world. With sincerity and deep appreciation, I congratulate the graduates of Batch 2010! Indeed, I am grateful to the parents of these young graduates, the teachers and all the stakeholders of the Department of Education for all the support that you have given to our learners which enable them to attain this much awaited moment in their lives, the graduation. To the graduates, the realization of our goal of providing the basic education to the youths is manifested in you today as you receive your diploma, a symbol of your success. You are now ready to tackle the next level of your pursuit for quality future. You have to take bolder steps to attain greater heights. Work on your dreams but always remember that nothing can happen without Gods grace. So, always cling to Him for guidance. Your parents plans are for your own good. They work hard for you. Seek their advices. Always remember that no normal parent would ever put his or her child to harm and destruction. Thank them for the immeasurable love and

support they have given as these shall always be shown by them to you. Your success is their joy and happiness. Your teachers played a very crucial role in making you who you are today. With patience and dedication, they nurtured you as they painstakingly taught you the basic learning competencies. To them, you owe your gratitude. It is of paramount importance that our teachers, parents, local officials and other stakeholders be accorded due recognition for their steadfast support to our students. We fervently hope that they will continue to do their share in upgrading the quality of education that we deliver to our learners.
