Criteria for Grading 1. Lesson Plan The lesson plan was organized correctly, with appropriate goals and objectives.

Clear Behavioral Expectations The students were given very clear behavioral expectations. Classroom rules were reinforced. Anticipatory Set/Introduction to the Lesson The teacher gained the childrens attention. The class was quiet, seated and waiting in anticipation. The teacher used aids, IT, pictures to stimulate students curiosity. The teacher used an element of surprise to create curiosity and interest with his/her students. Procedural steps in the lesson were followed. The lesson had a logical flow. Be flexible to capture a teachable moment.
