B. General format is from Windows 98. C. All work files are from Microsoft Office 97 D. The majority of the files are from Microsoft Word E. Some of the files are from Microsoft Excel

F. Some of the clinics in this disc were written bases on the handouts directly.
1. Example: Clinic 6. 2. After printing out clinic 6 then slide the handouts that match into the appropriate place in the printout.

G. In all the clinics at MMI there were handouts passed out.

1. Many of those handouts are formatted into this disc. 2. Many of these (Clean) handouts can be matched up with a file.
a. Hint: set page size to 70% and press the suspected matching handout against the file showing on the monitor.
1. 2. 3. 4. Find a match? Make a test print. Got a match? Put the CLEAN handout in the printer and presto, clean completed printed handouts.

3. Cleaning your school handouts in preparation for printing.

a. Verify there is an associated file to print over correct handout being cleaned. b. White out, or tape pieces of white paper over all handwritings. c. Photo copy hand out. d. This cleaned copy can now be easily be printed on.

H. There are a number of Formatted blanks in the disc.

1. Those formatted blanks are the basis to most of all the files in the disc. 2. All files Titled Formatted Blank should be identical.

I. The file Old MMI Notes is the disc 4~5 years before this one.
1. There is much usable information on both discs. 2. Although hitting the print button may be costly. 3. There are well over 1000 pages of notes between both discs. 4. There are some duplicate files. 5. So print with care.
