Value Chain Analysis Value chain analysis attempts to understand how a business creates customer value by examining the

contributions of different activities within the business to that value. Primary Activities Primary activities are those involved in physical creation of the product , marketing and transfer to buyer, and after sale support. for inquiries about products and services, fault reporting, payments, billing and to speak to a customer representative.
