Qualifying as one of the top 10 fastest cars in the only truly dry session. Completion of every dynamic event; one of only 23 teams to do so. A cost special task presentation which achieved 29/30 points and helped contribute to a top 10 ranked cost presentation and a top 20 cost score. 6th best fuel economy during completion of the endurance.

Formula Student 2011 had drawn to a close with FormulaDIT placing 47th overall, an excellent result for a first year team competing in class 1. The team also passed all of the requirements in scrutineering. FormulaDIT came 19th in the costing event and 17th in the business event beating teams with many more years experience. The acceleration event was completed in a time of 5.818 seconds
