Floor Finish: In drawing/dining room marble floor; in bed rooms marble floors with white cement; in kitchen marble floor; in bathrooms marble floor. Wall Finish: All internal walls will be plastered and painted with oil bound distemper after doing the base work. Drawing room ceiling will be done with Plaster of Paris work with decorative mouldings. Toilets: Glazed tiles on wall upto 5 ft. height, wash basin, CP fittings and WC with concealed plumbing. Provision will be made in the bathrooms for fitting the geyser. Kitchen: Marble with granite polish on working top. Glazed tiles will be provided on wall over the working top. A Stainless steel Kitchen sink will also be provided in the kitchen. Space will be provided for the kitchen cabinets. Electrical: Electrical wiring will be there and provision of points will be made for light fittings, ceiling fans, exhaust fan, geyser etc. Niches: Niches will be provided in bed rooms and drawing/dining room for wardrobes and showcases. External facade: Plastered & finished with Apex Painting.
