Launching off in 1999 with the establishment of our initial office at Islamabad, the company has now extended its wings further in every nook and cranny of Pakistan. Amidst the plethora of Security Companies which are competing for the consumers interest, ours is amongst the few which are equipped with state of art security facilities, trained guards, and competent managerial staff which enforces strict quality control on the services we dole out to our worthy customers. Monarch Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is approved and registered with the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan vide Registration # I-02490 dated 13th July, 1999. Head office of the company is at Islamabad and our branch offices are operational at Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Taxila/Hattar, Muzzafarabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Karachi and Gilgit (Northern Areas). Here at Monarch Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd. our concept of good physical security is a combination of defensive principles designed to achieve the following for our valued patrons initially to detect then deter then delay and subsequently respond (and ultimately, deny access) to intrusions into critical physical spaces which our valued clients define for us.

QUALITY POLICY
Monarch Security Services quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers. This level of quality is achieved through the adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to both existing customers and potential customer. In order to implement this policy all Staff is individually held accountable for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Senior Executive Vice President who conducts quality training programs off and on and also provides counseling to employees.

RECRUITMENT
SOURCE The Company employs retired military personnel from 35-45 of Age, recruited from the fighting arms who are smart, alert and proficient in use of weapons. Civilian guards from 22-35 of Age are employed only if required by the customer. The Company has its own training system for providing its personnel necessary perspective and skills to perform their duties efficiently in prevailing environment in populated areas. SCREENING Monarch Security Services have a vigorous recruiting and screening mechanism that allows us to offer reliable and professional personnel to our valued clients. The screening process comprises clearance from police, army record office, NADRA and previous employers. REMUNERATION All employees of the company are paid decent wages commensurate to their qualifications and experience. Hourly overtime is paid in case they perform duty over and above their prescribed duty hours. All personnel are registered with Employees Old age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and insured with a leading insurance company of the country. BENEFITS Where the customers cannot provide suitable accommodation, the Company provides boarding and lodging to its employees. Since in the case the security staff is ex-military and registered with EOBI, they are entitled to medical care from local military hospital and nearest EOBI hospital or dispensary. In addition to the military pension, they also entitled to disability benefits and superannuation pension from EOBI. CULTURE The employees of the company strive to serve the costumers with integrity, innovation, excellence, respect, accountability, and teamwork. All of our staff and guards are smart, fully trained and competent. Our staff is cooperative, informative and disciplined in their approach. None of our guard work more than 12 hours shifts a day. Our staff/guards are paid a reasonable and realistic wages. As a company we never overstretch our resources. Thus to cater for your security needs we have a highly dependable work force to draw from.
DATA MANAGEMENT
DOCUMENT AND DATA CONTROL Monarch Security Services has identified those documents and data that are directly related to customer contracts or the requirements of the documented quality system. It is a requirement that the originator of each document carries out a formal review prior to approval and use. It is also a requirement that the correct documents are available at the relevant locations. Obsolete documents will be clearly identified as obsolete and managed in a way that positively prevents the incorrect information being referenced. CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTATIVE ACTIONS Monarch Security Services systematically reviews nonconformities and opportunities for improvement in order to continually improve the effectiveness of its services and customer satisfaction with its services. Root Cause, Corrective and Preventative Actions procedures details recommended methods for using our corrective and preventative action system correctly. It details our corrective and preventative action requirements and gives advice on how to carry out an effective root cause analysis. The company tries to systematically prevent problems with the performance of its Security Personals or processes.
CONTRACT REVIEW The Company offers standard and Specialist Security Services to meet each customers needs. Specialist Service requirements differ from one customer to another (and from one contract to another) therefore each tends to be quoted for the specific contract. Once a proposal is accepted by the customer, it is recorded and reviewed to establish that the requirements of the Services are adequately defined and documented, any differences from the proposal are resolved, and the company is capable of fully satisfying the customers requirements. In addition to the contract specification the customer may also request variation work to be undertaken by the Company. In these circumstances the work content is documented and agreed with the customer prior to execution to ensure that no ambiguity exists.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK / COMMUNICATION Monarch Security Services continually communicate their customers for satisfaction with its services via: Through Monthly Comment Cards 24/7 Telephonic Communication 24/7 Online Community like Chat softwares, Message Board and E-mail Discussion. Questionnaires to get confidential feedback Create special events for customers like parties etc. Make point for employees to interact at these events to get valuable feedback for your business. All our staff are empowered to resolve customer issues as quickly as possible. Customer issues that are not being solved adequately by normal processes are escalated to higher management to ensure that the necessary priority and resources are being applied.
There are four levels of escalation, the highest being each divisions. Level 4 Vice President Level 3 Executive Vice President Level 2 - Senior Executive Vice President Level 1- Managing Director Level 0- Chief Executive Officer We believe that the development of your business totally depends on the satisfaction of customers and the quality of the services. If you provide the customer with the best service than he will surely like to visit you again and again. But if you dont he will not come, and thats why we only focus on our valued Costumers.
MANAGEMENT REVIEW
Management Review of the suitability and Effectiveness of the Services take place at least twice per year. During the Management meetings, actions are allocated and minted to record the development of the Companys management Policies.
The objectives of Management Review are: To establish that the Management is achieving the expected results and meeting the Companys requirements, continuing to conform to the Standard, continuing to satisfy the customer needs and Expectations, and functioning in accordance with the established Operating Procedures. To expose irregularities or defects in the Services, identify Weaknesses and evaluate possible improvements. To review the Effectiveness of Previous Corrective actions, and to review the adequacy and suitability of the management procedures for current and future operations of the company. To review any Complaints received, identify the cause and recommend corrective action if required.
