Terms and Conditions of Sale Payment 100% of material cost along with taxes and duties along with your Purchase Order. Cabling and Installation Charges to be paid in full after satisfactory completion of job. We will accept payment by DD/cheques/EFT payable at par in Kolkata. DD Charges to your account. Delivery Material will be delivered within 30 days of receiving your purchase order subject to availability. Warranty Guarantee / Warranty will be as per the manufacturers warranty terms, typically 1 year from date of supply. Taxes and duties The above price excludes any taxes, duties or other levies. These must be paid at actuals at the time of delivery / completion of the job. Installation & Commissioning Our engineers will do installation and commissioning of the equipment. However, conveyance, local boarding and lodging (wherever necessary) will be to your account and will be payable at actuals to our engineer. Installation charges of Rs.1500/- is charged extra. Cabling To reduce time in computation of cabling length, kindly note the amount of cables supplied and the length of the cables remaining after completion of job. Any cut pieces under 3 metre cannot be taken back by us. All cable lengths equal to or more than 3 metre will be taken by us. The difference of cable length is used to calculate the billing amount for cabling costs. No other procedure is acceptable.This procedure is used, as a certain amount of wastage will occur during cabling. Software Software wherever provided free of charge from the manufacturer will be passed on to end-user. Customisation of software is not in scope of supply. Advanced software will be charged for extra at actuals. Force Majeure The offer is subject to Force Majeure and adherence to terms of delivery is subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as official embargoes on imports, breakdowns, electricity shortage, accidents, mobilisation, war, riot, strikes and lockouts, either on our premises or those of the most important suppliers of materials, delay in supplying materials on the part of our suppliers through no fault of ours, shortcomings in these materials, rejection of major work pieces and other circumstances beyond our control.
