(a) Role: As IT Helpdesk Engineer (L1) 1. Reset the SSO applications password in Identity Manager (IM).
2. Enabling the accounts for the applications 3. Replying to the mails sent by users regarding technical issues. 4. Create, delete and modify Users/Computers/OUs in Active Directory console. 5. Reset passwords, unlocking and enabling the accounts in AD (Active directory) Duration: August 2010 January 2011.
