We are enough fortunate that we have got an opportunity of having a training in this mill during the training period. Weve received co-operation & association from the authority fully. All the machines & materials found on appreciable working condition. All the stuffs & officers were very much helpful to us. We apologize for our any behavior which may disappoint the officers and personnel. Due to secrecy act, all the data on costing & marketing activities has not been supplied & hence the data given regarding to this do not resemblance to the actual data. The whole process is not possible to bind in such a small frame as this report, hence our effort spent on summarizing, not describing them. At a juncture of time, when the development of the country was at a standstill position due to the legacy of shattered economy and the industrialization was stagnant, the export oriented textile and RMG sector had shown the ray of hope by its all-pervasive positive impact on the national economy. At the far end of the eighty, this sector started expanding and within a short period of its existence, this nascent industry became the largest foreign exchange earner. Standing at the verge of a new millennium, Textile and RMG sector is now the heart of our national economy. Even after all this achievements, this industry faces the major challenge of global adjustment in the coming years when it has to respond the new trading arrangement after 2011. AMANTEX LTD. being a part of this decisive sector will have to take necessary measure to cope with the change of globalization. Modification of the technical arrangement with the advancement of technologies and good positive approach will help to survive in this ever-changing global economy. Hopefully, the confidence and foresight of the entrepreneurs and the enthusiastic teamwork of the professionals will take AMANTEX LTD. to an even better position. Two month industrial attachment at the Micro Fibre Ltd. was a part of the B.Sc. in

textile technology course. During the training period the whole 60 days were segmented &scheduled to a systematic routine. There were different sides of operation in textile process. It should be mentioned that the Micro Fibre Ltd. is a 100% export oriented knit dyeing industry. If we focus our attention to the production department we notice that some of the dyeing m/cs are reconditioned, so there need maintenance time & cost throughout the year & some of the M/cs are modern as for example they have dilmenlar m/c, 8 chamber stenter m/c. Last of all we thank all the engineers, officers &other personnels who helped us greatly by lending their valuable time and giving reliable informations without which this mammoth task could never be accomplished.
