La societ COMETA, rilevando il marchio della Fonderia Roma, ha iniziato nellultimo decennio un processo di trasformazione dellazienda da artigiana ad industriale, con investimenti nel settore della produzione e della ricerca, che la sta portando ai vertici delle pi quotate aziende produttrici di piombi da pesca. La gestione, in parte famigliare, con il pap Angelo depositario dellesperienza, dei figli Marco, Massimiliano e Monica forza giovane ed innovativa, insieme a validi collaboratori, ha permesso alla nuova societ, proprietaria di brevetti (da altri malcopiati), di essere ad oggi Azienda leader a livello Nazionale ed Internazionale. Ubicata ad Ardea, nella zona industriale a sud di Roma, si sviluppa su una superficie di circa 10.000 mq di cui 1000 mq coperti. Il processo di trasformazione si materializzato con lacquisto di macchinari ad alta tecnologia che permettono la realizzazione di prodotti qualitativamente superiori. Un settore dellazienda si occupa della produzione di articoli in piombo, diversi dai piombi da pesca, che vengono realizzati su commissione, con disegni e specifiche fornite dal cliente, oppure progettati dallUfficio Tecnico in seno allazienda stessa. Particolare attenzione viene prestata al rispetto dellambiente e della forza lavoro impiegata nei processi produttivi. COMETA opera nel rispetto di tutte le normative vigenti e possiede tutte le autorizzazioni necessarie.

Over the last decade COMETA, which replaces the Fonderia Roma name, began the process of transforming the company from an artisanal to an industrial one, with investments in production and research, that are taking it to the top of the best-known producers of fishing sinkers. The management - partly family, with experienced pappa Angelo, and his children Marco, Massimiliano and Monica who provide youth and innovation - together with able collaborators in design and research, has enabled the new company, as patent holder (poorly copied by others) to become a leading company both nationally and internationally. Now located in Ardea, in the industrial area south of Rome, the facilities cover an area of 10,000 square meters, 1,000 of which are building area. One part of the company produces lead items other than fishing sinkers which are done on commission with designs and specifications provided by the customer, or designed by the companys own Technical Office. COMETA has all necessary Regional and Municipal authorizations and operates in compliance with all current regulations

Un nome veramente appropriato visto che ci sono tre possibilit di usare questa zavorra. 1. usando gli aculei in acciaio inox ,stretti con la vite in ottone, non ha rivali nella tenuta. 2. usando la stella in plastica stretta con la vite in ottone, si ha una tenuta media. 3. usando la vite piccola in plastica si pu ottenere il piombo classico. Lo sblocco degli aculei, che tengono la zavorra ancorata al fondo, avviene automaticamente al recupero serrando con un colpo secco.

1. These sinkers, great forsurfcasting and bottomfishing, were developed to satisfy all those fishermen who use lighted phosphorescent weights. Their advantage is that the light is produced by a starlight, so the luminescence lasts longer and is more visible both in casting and in reeling in, compared to any other luminescent sinker. 2.Their aerodinamic shape allows very long casts and an excellent grip on the bottom. 3. Convenience is another feature: the top cone, where the starlight goes, is mode of plastic but can also be of lead. Therefore, while the classic ROCCOTOP e SPORTENN sinkers are used with the lead during the day, they become light at night with the trasparent cone. In addition, changing weight is easy as pie: just unscrew the lower part of the top cone-trasparent or lead- and screw on the bottom part with the desired weight, without removing the ballast from the line.

1. Questi piombi, ottimi per il Surf casting e il Bolentino sono stati realizzati per soddisfare tuuti quei pescatori che usano zavorre luminose fosforecenti. Il vantaggio che offrono consiste nel fatto che a produrre la luce uno starlight, pertanto hanno una durata di luminescenza pi lunga e pi visibilit nel lancio e nel recupero, rispetto a qualsiasi altro piombo luminescente. 2. La loro forma aerodinamica permette lanci molto lunghi e unottima tenuta sul fondo. 3. La praticit unaltra loro caratteristica: il cono superiore, dove alloggia lo starlight, in materiale plastico ma pu essere anche in piombo. Pertanto se usati con questultimo, di giorno sono i classici piombi ROCCOTOP e SPORTENN, mentre di notte con il cono trasparente diventano light. Inoltre cambiare grammatura diventa semplicissimo perch basta svitare la parte inferiore dal cono superiore, trasparente o di piombo, e avvitare la parte inferiore della grammatura desiderata, senza togliere la zavorra dalla lenza.
