Company Overview
Global Marine Systems is recognised as the world leader in submarine engineering, servicing the telecommunications, power and offshore wind markets. Ownership of the company can be traced back to the 1800s and in 2004, ownership was transferred to Bridgehouse Marine. Today the company owns and operates a fleet consisting of state-of-the-art vessels, Subsea vehicles and also a variety of other world class equipment. The Global Marine Systems are the only independent company able to offer every element of the planning, installation, and maintenance of submarine communication networks on the worldwide basis, allowing us to provide a comprehensive, tailored solution for our customers throughout the whole lifecycle of their submarine network. The combination of the unparalleled technical expertise and capabilities of our workforce, vessels and ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicles) have enabled us to oversee many of the industrys most complex projects. Note: Prior to commencing the course, delegates are asked if they wish to stick rigidly to the schedule or do they wish for us to apply some flexibility. The benefits of this being guest speakers, ship visits for wet tests, pre dives and general tours. Whilst all efforts will be made to adhere to the above timetable, Global Marine Subsea Training reserves the right to amend as required.
