ISO 9000 ISO 14000 Introduction

ISO 9000 family The ISO 9000 family addresses Quality Management . It means that the organization wants to: 1. Achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives. 2. Fulfill the costumer s quality requirements. 3. Fulfill applicable regulatory requirement, while aiming to enhance customer s satisfaction. ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems. ISO 9000 is maintained by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and is administered by accreditation and certification bodies.
