I am pleased to advise that you have been nominated for a reward by the Community Development Team which has been approved by Tanya.

They have nominated you for the following reasons: "Library staff are always so supportive of any of our efforts: either they are receptive to our ideas, make an effort to help us achieve our goals, or they come seeking information to improve services to the public. They exemplify superb internal customer service - it has never been "that's not our job". Whether it is help with consultations, professionally presented presentations at our Forums or community groups, or just fostering clear communication, they do a great job. I also hear from other groups in the community such as those with the Newcomers Network who are available to the public at our central library on Tuesdays, made of Settlement Support HB, Citizens Advice, Volunteering HB, and Career Services, what "stars" the library staff have been."
