A MESSAGE FROM DR. WHITE

Seaside High School is launching a weekly newsletter so that we can keep our entire community, students, parents, teachers and friends of SHS in the loop of all the good that is happening. The newsletter will be distributed to parents and students every Friday a.m. for the next six weeks at the beginning of the school day. There after, the weekly newsletter will be available online or by email. If you are interested in receiving the weekly newsletter, please go to the SHS Website (shs-mpusd-ca.schoolloop.com) and click on the Newsletter link in the upper left hand corner to submit your email. NEW PARENT MEETINGS

Seaside High will be hosting New Student Parent Seminars f o r 2 0 1 2 - 1 3 i n c om i n g students on February 22nd, March 8th, and March 12th at 6:30pm in the Seaside High Library. All Parents of incoming students 9th graders and new students are encouraged to attend.

PROGRESS REPORTS
Third Quarter Progress Reports will be mailed out by Tuesday February 13th. Parents of students with Ds and Fs will be called in the coming weeks for Parent, Student, Teacher Conferences. Conferences will held February 29, March 1, and March 2 in the Library. Contact the Counseling Office at (831) 392-3540 for more info.

ANNUAL GIVING
Seaside High School recently launched its first Annual Giving Campaign. We are asking everyone in the communitystaff, parents, local businesses, alumni, etc. to donate money or contribute to our cause. Our mission is to provide ALL Seaside High School students access to art, athletics, leadership, clubs, college and career opportunities that will nurture the whole student academically, intellectually, emotionally and physically. Donations of all sizes are welcomed and appreciated!

Reporte del 3er quarter los reportes sern enviados el da 13 de Febrero. Los padres de los estudiantes que obtengan D y F recibirn llamadas la siguiente semana para que puedan obtener una reunin entre padres y profesores.
