Executive Summary
Doing MBA in India is like planning to launch in the skies of big opportunities. Opportunities of earning more than what anybody can imagine or to build a carrier of high repute or to open a business and to write your own success story. Alls fine, but is it not required to do something for the society which has done a lot for us. Purpose of the Plan Future 4 stars is a tax-exempt not-for-profit organization that provides the community with a complete youth sports program. Future 4 stars offers participants from class 5th to high school, positive learning and team experiences along with the opportunity to become a sportsperson at international level. Our aim is find out hidden talents especially in the fields of athletics and football. Our aim is to produce a youth brigade for 2012 Olympics. We want to promote the children from the grass root level and want to prevent drug addiction, child labor, sexual harassment/abuse of children, and sexual discrimination. At the initial stage we are launching this plan in Kanpur itself. Kanpur is one of the densely populated cities of Kanpur and seeing the pathetic conditions of children in this city we are very much eager to launch this plan with full vigor and commitment. All youth between the ages of 5 and 15 can participate in one or more sports throughout the year. Their participation is not dependent upon their previous experience, skill level, or athletic ability. Everyone can play. The breadth, depth and overall quality of the sports experience we offer cannot be matched within our market. We work with parents and guardians to add to their child's sports experiences. Future 4 stars exist to create a cherished childhood memory for each participant. Future 4 stars is intentionally emphasizing the need to reduce reliance on fee-based revenues and look toward contributions from other sources, particularly businesses, to support the program. This approach will enable the program to realize the objective of keeping fees affordable while continuing to offer a quality program for all participants. Business enterprises in return will get great goodwill and advertisements. We will ask

business houses to sponsor such talents in order to promote Indian sportsmen and also there brand. The "future 4 stars" is designed to offer the following to each participant: Recreation through participation in organized team sports. The opportunity to learn and experience a variety of sports. A means to improve athletic skills. A means to learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play. A source of fun and enjoyment to enrich their lives. An opportunity to enhance their health and fitness.

Market Analysis Studies indicate a direct correlation demonstrating that involvement in sports results in reducing the potential to become involved in drugs, sex, crime, and gang-related behaviors. Doctors also agree that kids who do not play are more in stress than those who play. Participation in sports will also realize the children to understand their potential and to also give the opportunity to make them grow bigger in life. So let us play, enjoy, relax and be together, find friends and opportunities. Psychologist believes that more than religion and politics sports can join people together. Target User Now let us move towards more specific details regarding the people whom we are targeting. The following statistics regarding Kanpur may shock you but this is the hard fact that children of rural and less income background generally are less literate than there urban partners. Does this mean that they will get less opportunity than any body else to grow up in life, I suppose no is the obvious answer. There are data which show the amount of child labour in Kanpur and near by places, these kids either never go to school or are dropped out due family pressure of lively hood. Do these kids have no future at all? Do these kids have no dreams, aspirations and hopes? Future 4 stars will serve more than 25,000 participants in seven sports throughout Kanpur. School-sponsored sports programs are severely limited in terms of age and range of events. Due to limiting school funding, many sports programs do not survive. The following stats will provide clearer insight. We done some surveys and collected some information regarding schools in Kanpur and our Plan is mainly based on it. Survey Reports and findings

Out of these many schools 68% do not have sports grounds for there students. Now we want to cater there needs and there wishes of playing and enjoying. Also there is high drop out rate in schools in U.P, particularly in Kanpur. These drops out students either are being force to do child labor or they are beggars. Future 4 stars seek to serve all such children from class 5th to high school regardless of what the school they attend offers. There are absolutely no expectations regarding skill or experience, only the desire to participate. The future 4 Sports program is orchestrated to make this experience as accessible and affordable as possible to this audience. The stats given below talks about the literacy % of children in Kanpur in comparison to U.P. These stats provide the information of discrepancies in literacy level in the city and Dehat.

These data shows the decreasing literacy rate is due the students opting out of schools due to financial and family problems. This is where the role of our NPO comes. We want to give opportunities to all of them to at least come play and enjoy, and also develop there skills and to find out a sky for any of the stars. At least they can have a future to which they can look upon to. This can be a unique way to bring these children into countries main line and also made them feel the happiness of doing something for themselves and there society. Financial Analysis We will arrange the money by fund-raising, charitable gifting, tournaments, and fees. Just as revenues are tracked, internal expenses are closely monitored. The goal of Future 4 stars is to continue to provide a quality youth sports experience at an affordable cost. This is a tremendous challenge, due to the size of the program, unpredictable costs in areas such as facilities, and uncertainties in participant revenues. There are many organizations in India with which we will be taking as partners. These include Tie (the Indus entrepreneurs), a U.S based NRI organization that supports such causes, we are also in touch with the Rotary International and NCNA (National Council for Nonprofit Association). We are also in touch with NACO (National Aids Combat Association) and other local health and family care NGOs/ NPOs. We have talked with several Governments and Private Banks to look out for funding, sponsoring teams and for finance on plan. Use of Funds 1. Capital expenditures 2. Working capital Well we are not presenting the exact financial calculation but as per our estimates funds are required for following aspects:

As per our calculations for first such event a cost of at least 10- 15 lacs will be required (in Kanpur) Management and Ownership Our objective is to leverage our strengths to take advantage of the opportunities our market presents, develop those areas that are weaknesses, and devise contingency plans to address threats if those should become a reality. Our success is through: Leverage the growth offered by the increasing interest in soccer and other sports in the Fall and Spring programs. Identify additional facilities to support future growth and offer greater flexibility in scheduling. Continue to develop the donor base and corporate contributions that add to the financial resources of the participant fees. The aim of our organization is very clear we want to bring smile on there faces when they play, enjoy and win. May be we can find some kids who can make India proud on world level. Such kind of initiatives was taken in Brazil regarding soccer and they were able to make a football team that becomes a world champion. We can do it too; all we need is proper planning, coordination and a will to do it. Our NPO will have a main office in Lucknow and Regional offices in Kanpur and other major cities of Uttar Pradesh. We will ask volunteers to join us, preferably MBAs who want to do something for society. We will organize sports meets on every Saturday and Sunday on grounds in different places regularly. How will we meet our Expenses?

We will charge minimal fees of participation from schools (mainly convent school) in Kanpur city. This money will only be used to give salaries to our permanent members and to full fill demands of any manpower required. We will definitely not accumulate wealth and profit; if we get some extra amounts as per our sponsor or other ways will be totally and fully used for the cause itself. Our aim is to find out talents and bring happiness on the face of children participating. We will then ask business people to sponsor or fund these future stars to sharpen there skills and to bring them in front on big stage.
