Alcohol is available on the Cutters Cove Deck on a cash basis. It is not included in the price of the picnic. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if your group would like to run a tab. Cutters Cove Picnic Deck seats a maximum of 176 guests. For group exclusivity, you must book the deck for 176 guests. A minimum group size of 8 guests is required. Food is served one hour prior to game time.

Picnic Ground Rules

A $5.00 per person, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit payable by major credit card is due at the time you book your picnic date in order to reserve seats. Reservations will not be held without a deposit. Final group number and final payment are due two weeks (14 days) prior to the date of your game. Any decrease in group size must be done by this time. Any tickets not paid in full by this time will be forfeited. Any additional picnic tickets needed may be purchased up to one week prior to the date of your game, and must be paid in full at time of purchase. All tickets are subject to availability. Tickets will not be distributed until paid in full. No refunds once tickets are purchased. All sales are final. Any deposit lost because of a decrease in group size will not be applied towards your final balance. Crosscutters policy is to provide your group with one (1) undated General Admission ticket for each number reduced. Buffet is served rain or shine. If the game you have chosen is canceled due to inclement weather, we will work to reschedule your group to another game.

1. Select the game your group would enjoy and determine the number of tickets you will need. 2. Select which of our group packages fit your group the best. 3. Call the Cutters Oces at (570) 326-3389 and talk with a group representative to schedule your event. Have a credit card available, as a deposit payment will be due at the time you schedule your outing.

Fans Guide to Historic Bowman Field

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds and no exchanges. New York-Penn League rules prohibit bringing any outside food or beverage into Historic Bowman Field. There is no re-admittance to Historic Bowman Field once you have entered the gates. All guests will need a ticket to gain entrance. Plenty of Free Parking is available at Historic Bowman Field. The Williamsport Crosscutters are not responsible for any damage or theft of personal property. Parking is at your own risk. Historic Bowman Field is a 100% smoke free facility.
