ADMISSION FORM FOR EXTERNAL CANDIDATES FOR MASTER OF ARTS/SCIENCE PART-I (in___________________) ANNUAL/SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION 20___.
The Examination will be held on the date to be notified in the date-sheet. Last date for admission fee and permission cum-admission form to reach the University office is_________ of the year preceding the year of examination and with double fee________ of the year preceding the year of examination and for II annual examination. Admission fee is Rs. 2200/- (Twendty Two Hundred Only) for M.A. and Rs. 2400/- for Master of Science Examination. Part-I Registration fee is Rs. 1155/- if not already registered with this University. An extra fee of Rs. 1300/-, shall be charged from candidate who at the time of submitting their admission form as private candidates, reside in a place, out side the territorial jurisdiction of the Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan. The Fee payable only through the Habib Bank Ltd., (University Branch) Multan, or Habib Bank Ltd. Branch or United Bank Ltd. of the home-town concerned in case of mofussil candidates, only on the bank challan prescribed for the Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan during banking hours.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. The order in which the candidates are seated will be forwarded to the Examiner. Should a candidate be discovered to have copied from another, he/she will be externed from the Examination, as well as the candidate from whom he/she copied, if there is reasons to suppose that the copying was connived at by the later. No candidate, without special permission of the officer-in-charge shall leave his/her seat or the examination room till the end of the Examination. No candidate shall speak without permission if it be necessary for the candidate to communicate with the Superintendent, he/she shall stand up in his/her place and the officein-charge will see to his/her wants. Before beginning his/her answers, each candidate shall write on the title page of his/her answer-book the following viz, the subject, the number of the paper and his/her Roll No. When the time allowed has expired the book must be delivered to the superintendent, even though the candidate may not have answered any part of the paper. No candidate shall give any mark of identification including his/her Roll No., name, name of School/ College or Centre of examination in his/her answer-book except at specified places.
