The central objective of the study is to determine the level of worker participation in management decision making in GMR Infrastructure

limited The specific objective are to; - ascertain workers level of involvement in the decision making process of their work places; - establish the general attitude of workers towards worker participation in management decision making ; - determine factors which aid or hinder the observed level of participation ; and , - investigate the implications of worker participation to worker and their organizations. The primary objective of the study is to examine the WorkersParticipation in Management Decisions conducted inAndhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC). To understand that how the APSRTC workers utilizing their participation authority.

To understand the problems of the APSRTC workers in the participative management.

To recommend few suggestions to APSRTC to overcome the problemsin participative management.

It will be helpful to the organization to motivate the workers to get good suggestions and profitable productivity. To create a feeling to workers that they are not only worker they also partner to develop the organization. This study provides suggest ions and benefit s to organizat ion as well as workers. SCOPE OF THE STUDY: The study is conducted only among the workers of G M R I n f r a s t r u c t u r e L t d . The scope of the study is to ascertain workers level of involvement in the decision making process of their work places this will help in improving the motivation and moale of workers towards the organization. This study also helps in identifying the general attitude of workers towards workers participation in management and also the factors which aid or hinder the observed level of participation .
