Card ny khng ch ng dng trong h thng iu khin my CNC qun dy m cn c th dng vi nhiu mc ch khc - c chc nng nh mt Card gim st, o lng v iu khin a nng. + Xy dng phn mm gim st, o lng v iu khin cho my CNC qun dy. + Xy dng m hnh iu khin my CNC qun dy. Ni dung chnh: 1. Tng quan v my CNC qun dy: phn loi, cu trc, chn phng n, .v.v. 2. Phn tch, thit k h thng iu khin tc ca ng c nh dy, ng c qun dy trong my CNC qun dy. 3. Nghin cu, thit k c cu ri dy trong my CNC qun dy s dng b iu khin vect - ng c Servo khng ng b ba pha. 4. Thit k, ch to h thng gim st, o lng v iu khin cho my CNC qun dy trn c s chip cng ngh PSoC. 5. 1. Xy dng thnh cng chng trnh m phng h bin tn PWM - ng c khng ng b iu khin theo lut U/fx. Chng trnh cho php tnh ton, phn tch, kho st qa trnh nng lng trong h bin tn ng c khng ng b, c th la chn lut iu khin U/fx gn ti u nh c th tit kim nng trong qu trnh vn hnh h bin tn ny. 2. Xy dng thut ton v phn mm m phng trn Matlab h iu khin vect thng minh (vi khu nhn dng online s bin i tham s do hiu ng mt ngoi, s bo ha mch t, v s bin i ca tn s trong qu trnh ng; v b iu chnh dng in kiu d bo IPC trn c s logic m Fuzzy), nh nng cao c chnh xc, hiu sut ca h iu khin vect ta theo t thng rto. Phn mm m phng trn Matlab gip cho vic la chn thng s b iu chnh gn ti u khi vn hnh v thit k h bin tn - ng c khng ng b ni chung v my CNC qun dy ni ring. Phn mm cng rt hu ch cho cng vic nghin cu, ging dy h bin tn thng minh. 3. Thit k, ch to Card gim st, o lng v iu khin da trn vi iu khin cng ngh PSoC ca hng CyPress M, mt thit b lp trnh mi, a nng v hin i nht hin nay. Card ny khng ch ng dng trong h thng iu khin my CNC qun dy m cn c th dng vi nhiu mc ch khc - c chc nng nh mt Card gim st, o lng v iu khin a nng. 4. thit k, xy dng thnh cng phn mm SCADASWARE gim st, o lng v iu khin cho my CNC qun dy trn c s ngn ng Visual Basic. Vi giao din thn thin vi ngi s dng, c nhiu ch qun khc nhau nh: qun theo lp, qun theo s vng, qun theo chiu di. C th o nhiu thng s nh: tc , chiu di dy qun, khi lng, s lp. Phn mm cng tch hp chc nng kim tra, vn hnh th nghim tng b phn ca my CNC qun dy nh: bin tn ng c, servo motor; gip cho qu trnh vn hnh, sa cha c thun tin. 5. xy dng thnh cng m hnh th nghim my CNC qun dy (iu khin c cu nh dy, qun dy, ri dy...). c bit l m hnh ny c kh nng lu tr thng tin, thng xuyn cp nht cc thng s vo EEPROM; do hn ch thit hi do mt in, sau khi c in tr li my s c cc thng s lu trong EEPROM nh s lp, s vng, chiu qun dy v s tip tc qun cho n gi tr t. 6. Trong nm hc 2006, 2007 tc gi hng dn 3 sinh vin ngnh Trang b in kha 43, 44 lm ti tt nghip lin quan n my CNC qun dy v u t kt qu xut sc; hng dn 4 ti nghin cu khoa hc sinh vin (k43, k44) lm mt phn ca ti u t gii cao. 7. Thnh vin ca ti ng H Mnh Tin bo v thnh cng lun vn Thc s chuyn ngnh iu khin vi ni dung ca lun vn lin quan ti ti, nghin cu chuyn su v b bin i bn dn cng sut. 8. Project title: Research, design, manufacture control system for CNC coil winding machine using intelligent vector control and micro control based on PSoC technology. Welding stick Vit-c JSC Mr.Nguyn Anh Tun, Director of Tr l Ltd company Duration of Implementation: from 1st, January 2007 to 31st, Dec 2007 Objectives: + Built intelligent vector control algorithm and simulation software operating on Matlab to select parameters for operating and designing the inverter Induction motor in general, coil winding CNC machine in particular, with aims at improving accuracy and efficiency of this machine. + Successfully constructed supervisory, measuring, and control Card based on PSoC technology, the newest and the most modern microcontrol. This card is not only used in CNC coil winding machine, but also for many other applications. + Built supervisory, measuring, and control software for CNC coil winding machine. + Made model of CNC coil winding machine. Main contents: 1. Overview of CNC coil winding machine: divided categories, structure, selected control method, etc. 2. Design control system for releasing motor and winding motor 3. Analysis, design control system for spreading part in CNC coil winding machine 4. Design and manufacture supervisory, measuring and control system for CNC coil winding machine based on PSoC technology. 5. Build model of CNC coil winding machine

6. Conclusions and proposals using the results of the project Results obtained: 1. Successfully constructed simulation programme for PWM inverter induction motor operating according to U/f strategy. This programme is able to calculate, analyse, and survey energy in induction motor and permit to select u/f rule nearly optimum helping to save energy during operating. 2. Built algorithm and simulation software of intelligent vector control inverter on Matlab (with online identify the variation of induction motor parameters by skin face effects, the magnetic saturation effects and the variation of frequency; IPC Fuzzy) leading to improve accuracy and effective of FOC induction motor. 3. Successfully constructed supervisory, measuring, and control Card based on PSoC technology, the newest and most modern microcontrol. This card is not only used in CNC coil winding machine, but also for many other applications. 4. Built supervisory, measuring, and control SCADASWARE software for CNC coil winding machine based on Visual basic language with friendly interface for users. This software has multi-choices of working model such as winding layers reference, winding turns reference, length reference, etc. It is also able to measure parameters: winding speed, mass, layer, etc. Moreover, this software is integrated functions regarding testing inverter IM and servo motor, as result of those, helping maintenances and testing more convenient. 5. Constructed model of CNC coil winding machine. Especially, operating parameters are restored in EEPROM, so that there are no bad influences caused by power cut. After power recover, the machine will read the parameters from EEPROM and will be continuous to wind until set values. 6. In semesters 2006 and 2007, under my supervision, three my students were successfully defensed their final projects concerning CNC coil winding machine with excellent score. Meanwhile, 4 science projects of my students got high award prizes. 7. A member of implementing project, Mr. Ho Manh Tien, was successfully defended Master thesis in control engineering with contents of his thesis concerning to the projest. He focused on power semiconductor converters 8. From the results of this project, We were issued 3 science papers on prestige science journals.
