PREPARING for EASTER
As in previous years our Catholic community is joining with the Anglican and Uniting Churches during the Season of Lent as a way to prepare for the Great Feast of Easter. This years program Towards the Light is designed once again to be used by small groups. These groups meet weekly. If you are interested in joining a group see the Notice Board for venues and times of meetings. Please place your contact details on the list provided and indicate which group you wish to join. The booklet is also excellent for personal prayer and reflection. Lent commences on Ash Wednesday (22nd February) Meetings: Tuesday: Southern Zone Meeting for Priests, Parish Leaders and Pastoral Associates at OLHC Tuesday: Maintenance Committee (Meeting Room) at 7.30pm Wednesday: Baptism Preparation (Gathering Space) at 7.30pm Wednesday: Social Justice Group (Meeting Room) at 7.30pm Playgroup: This Tuesday we welcome back those families who are part of our parish playgroup. We also encourage new parishioners with pre-school children to come and be a part of this friendly group each Tuesday from 10.00am till 12noon (Scout Hall).
