ingredients: beef slice thinly mushroom in can slice onion garlic salt pepper spaghetti sauce 1/4 cup water linguine pasta oil procedure: cook the pasta al dente saute garlic and onion add beef until well done add mushroom add spaghetti sauce water salt and pepper to taste.. wait until simmers.. yumyumyum... have a happy cooking... ^___^

Egg Roll Ingredients: 6 hard boiled eggs kilo ground pork cup carrots, diced 1/3 cup Chinese celery or kinchay, chopped

1 egg, beaten Salt and pepper Flour Bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten Procedures: Mix ground pork, carrots, kinchay, and 1 beaten egg, season with salt and pepper. Wrap the hard boiled egg with the meat mixture and form like a ball. Dip egg covered with meat mixture in flour, then dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry until cooked through and drain in paper towels.

Ingredients:1/2k pork cubes, corn cob cut into segments, string beans, okra chopped, 2 sliced onions, tomatoes sliced, white radish sliced,eggplant sliced, green chilies, lemongrass pounded water sinigang mix, fish sauce. Procedure: In a Pot heat oil now season pork with pepper then when oil is hot brown meat when all meat is brown take out and set aside. Prepare lemongrass pound the white part of lemongrass to get the flavor then tie up on handle of pot return pork pieces then let reboil then add corn. Let simmer and serve hot with rice. cooking oil Procedures: 1. In a pot, boil beef, reduce heat to simmer until beef is tender. 2. In a pan, saut ginger, garlic, and onions. Add beef (without the stock) and stir frequently until the beef absorb the flavor of the spices. 3. Add the beef stock and tomato sauce and let it simmer. 4. Add potatoes and sweet potatoes. 5. After 8 minutes add the saba bananas. 6. Season with fish sauce and pepper. 7. After 5 minutes, add the pechay or bokchoy. 8. Serve hot.

Ingredients: shrimps, 2 onions sliced, 3 tomatoes sliced, okra chopped, eggplant sliced,white raddish sliced, string beans cut, water, fish sauce, and shrimp soup mix. Procedure: Bring to a boil a pot of water when the water comes to a boil then add in the onions and tomatoes let simmer for few minutes. Then stir in the shrimp soup mix add chili and the remaining vegetables. Simmer for a few minutes then add the shrimp and fish sauce then simmer for another few minutes then serve. Ingredients: pork cut into cubes or strips, for marinade salt, five spice powder, 1 egg white 1 Tbsp cornstarch 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 1 onion sliced, 1 can of pineapple chunks, for the sauce: 1/3cup of sugar, 1/3cup of vinegar, 2Tbsp ketchup 1T soy sauce, and 1/4tsp ground ginger. 2tsp of cornstarch diluted in a little water. Procedure: Prepare pork in a mixing bowl or container mix pork pieces and marinating ingredients slowly so that the egg whites don't froth up then set aside. Make Sauce in another bowl mix together sauce ingredients then mix well then set aside. Then Prepare vegetables then set aside. Not prepare pot with oil when oil is hot fry pork pieces until brown then set aside. In a saute pan or wok with little oil stir fry vegetables for 1 minute after 1 minute add the cooked pork and stir fry together, then add sauce then bring sauce to a boil then add slurry and let simmer to thicken up lastly add some pineapple chunks simmer for a few minutes then transfer to serving dish then serve with hot rice. ingredients: Pancit canton or you can use any kind of chinese noodles, pork, 1 red onion sliced 4 cloves of garlic chopped, 1 green onions chopped some snap peas, and shredded cabbage sauce. Procedure bring to a boil some water and cook the pancit canton until al dente. Then drain set aside. In another pan season pork with lemon juice and pepper then heat pan with oil when oil is hot cook pork until changes color then set aside. In the same pan add a little more oil saute all vegetables starting with onions, then garlic, then green onions, snap peas or whatever vegetables you may have. And just stir fry everything add pepper then set aside. Then heat another pan and heat noodles then pour sauce and mix

So here are the ingredients for this particular chicken wings recipe. Ingredients: 14 chicken wings, for marinade: 6Tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt 1/4tsp. ground ginger for coating 1cup flour, 1 cup cornstarch 1/2tsp garlic powder or salt, optional flavoring five spice powder 1/2 dried chili flakes for frying 2-3cups of oil 1 egg. Procedure: Prepare the chicken wings now what you want to do is take the chicken wing is you want to cut off the wing tip and separate the wing joint. Then put in a bowl or container to be marinated. Then marinate with the 6Tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder or salt and 1/4tsp ground ginger and then with your hand mix all the chicken pieces together so each chicken piece gets marinated. Set aside to marinate for 1/2 an hour then make coating in another mixing bowl mix 1 cup of flour, then 1 cup of cornstarch,1/2tsp garlic powder or garlic salt, 1/4tsp dried chili flakes then mix with a fork until everything is mixed well. Then Prepare wok or large skillet put 2-3cup of oil to fry the chicken. After half an hour drain excess marinade then put chicken wings in another bowl then add the one egg and mix making sure that all chicken pieces are coated with the egg. Then take the chicken pieces and put it through the coating mixture about a few at a time. Then when oil is smoking hot dust of excess coating and deep fry chicken wings. Fry chicken wings for 5 minutes or until brown then set aside on colander with paper towel. Do this to the rest of the chicken wings if you want crispier chicken wings refry and you will get crispier chicken wings. Put on a serving plate serve with any dip or sauce. Serve with either fries, mashed potatoes, rice, to drink well soda, iced tea or beer would be great. Chicken Wings are the next best thing that can ever happen to chicken since Chicken Mcnuggets.
