Religious Education
St. Francis Xavier is a Roman Catholic community in Mount Washington, Kentucky, established in 1846 to further Gods kingdom on earth. We are a welcoming community of faith serving the spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical needs of our parishioners. We are dedicated to the celebration of the sacraments and the teachings of the church. Our goal is to meet these needs through various parish organizations and through community ministries. Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012 Parish Hall at 12:00 noon Scheduled guests: Ken Schulz, Humana and Jackie Gahlinger, Catholic Charities. Our potluck meal and business meeting will be followed by an interesting and informative presentation from Ken Schulz, Humana Senior Information Specialist and long time Louisville meteorologist. In addition, Jackie Gahlinger, Catholic Charities Senior Services Coordinator, will update us on programs involving seniors in the Archdiocese. Food, Facts, and Fun - bring a friend and join us!!!!

Our RE kids have also been busy drawing designs for our Walkathon t-shirt. Come and vote for your favorite design at the Ministry Fair & Silent Auction! All of the designs that have been submitted will be on display for anyone to vote on. With your dollar you can cast a vote for your favorite drawing. (One vote per person, please.) Whoever has the most money raised will be the winning design for our Walkathon t-shirts! In addition, our Knights are awarding the winner with a $50 savings bond!
