STEWARDSHIP ... is what I do after I say I believe

The people were spellbound by his teaching because he taught with authority and not like the Scribes. Mark 1,22 Listening to the authority of Jesus teachings helps us not to be confused by the perceived wisdom of the world. The world focuses only on self, while the authority of Jesus teaches a steward is to think of others rather than oneself. Our new Pastoral Council members were selected last Sunday at the 9:00 a.m. Mass. Those that accepted the nomination and were picked in the drawing are Arron Kelty, Troy Pitcock, Pat Cheney, and Corey Feger. Congratulations to these parishioners. The next scheduled pastoral meeting will be February 13th at 6:45 p.m. in the parish hall.
