There are different sets of so-called "safe zones". The ones above were provided by Dan B., but they first had to have been provided TO him. Therefore a verycomplex 'Trojan Horse' mechanism may have been set in place. Yet your original rhetorical question remains true: it is less likely for the Divine (Lord Jesus Christ) to provide the key to 'safety' and 'survival' for the masses to the evil cabal that controls things, knowing those PTB would secrete those keys for their own profit.
