CRM Associate Consultant (technical) Job Summary The incumbent is responsible for providing technical consulting services and support for Siebel CRM implementations, upgrades, production support, and troubleshooting. The incumbent will receive instruction on routine work on new projects or assignments while developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for participation in a number of areas, including the deployment of software solutions, project scoping and planning, technical requirements analysis and identification; testing, validation and end user education and support. Essential Functions

Gain knowledge of CRM applications, solutions and industry focus, coupled with hands-on experience to successfully participate in the Siebel CRM implementation life cycle. Work as a member the implementation team to determine client specific technical specifications and evaluate technologies for implementation, configuration and integration using Siebel Tools. Helps with the design of moderate to complex system configuration; assist in developing standards and techniques. Participates in the development of integrated test plans and protocols. Responds to trouble tickets, and works with the functional consultants to resolve issues. Follow best practice principles, techniques and processes. Provides regular status reports on tasks and issues. Documents the results of analysis and design tasks, including technical documentation related to configuration. Executes project plan tasks and other duties as assigned. Works to continuously improve eVerge Groups capabilities and capacity to produce.

Licenses and Certifications Required by the Position: Required: Desired: Siebel CRM 8 Consultant Certified Expert Certification CRM OnDemand Certified Implementation Specialist Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Certified Implementation Specialist. Education Required by the Position: No formal degree requirements. Bachelors degree and up to two years relevant experience desired. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Core: Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to provide necessary, succinct and effective guidance and direction to personnel at all levels.

Ability to participate in conferences and meetings, including the ability to deliver presentations using appropriate software tools when required. Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with and gain cooperation at all levels including fellow employees, supervisors, management, and the customer. Ability to resolve complex and controversial issues/problems and provide assistance on issues related to CRM implementations. Ability to apply analytical, statistical, and evaluative methods and techniques to issues, analyses or studies of concern in order to recommend and develop solutions and requirements and to evaluate the effectiveness of work processes.

Desired:

Knowledge of Siebel 8.0 applications including the ability to create, modify, filter and send records. Generate queries, reports, charts and export data. Knowledge of Siebel 8.0 fundamental application functionality including the ability to navigate, query and edit data in Siebel applications, use common Siebel business entities to support company business practices, use typical features in Siebel Sales, Siebel Call Center, and Siebel Field Service applications, explore Siebel automation methods, use best practices in a Siebel implementation project. Knowledge of Siebel 8.1 technical foundations including the ability to identify object types and their relationships, administer list of values, use Siebel Tools to examine object definitions, run server jobs, inspect and test business services and workflows, and identify Siebel architecture components. Knowledge of Siebel 8.1 Tools including the ability to Examine, manage, and edit Siebel object definitions, tailor the user interface for a Siebel application, customize business objects to incorporate business policies, extend the Siebel database. Knowledge of the eVerge Groups business organization including its mission, functions, procedures and policies. Other Information

Work is primarily sedentary although some physical effort may be required. Work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate controlled office. Extensive travel may be required. The position is sensitive and requires the signature of a non-disclosure agreement.
