i. The firm should have completed at least 2 similar works preferable in Govt. Organization in same segment of customer industry. Documents to this effect i.e. copy of PO or relevant Completion Certificate; performance certificate must be submitted in support of the above. Bidders annual turnover during last three financial years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year should be at least Rs. 10 Lac in each year. The firm should have a valid PAN No, Service Tax No. and should have latest Service Tax No. from the States where they are registered. Certificate Copy must be submitted in support of the above. An affidavit for the correctness of all the documents in support of the Bid qualifying conditions should be submitted. Apart from rejecting the offer outright, legal actions will be taken if any submitted fact (S) is found wrong or misleading. The Firm should require to submit a copy of the demonstration of the software application in CD/DVD and may be called for give the demonstration at any time after prebid query. Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the GM (R-APDRP) or it may downloaded from the web site www.jseb.in Cost of the tender document will be Rs. 1500/-. It may be deposited in shape of DD in favour of DDA (Sectt.), JSEB at Ranchi with the Bid document (Technical Part). Conditional Bid having any deviation from the NIT/ Technical & Commercial Part is liable to be rejected outright. A certificate in this regard must be submitted. Joint Venture is not allowed. JSEB can reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons thereof.
