COMPANY PROFILE Mandovi Motors was a firm set up in the year 1963, as a Partnership firm.

It was the dealer for Volkes Wagon cars and Spare parts and in 1965 appointed as the dealer for Suvega Mopeds. After that, M/s Maruti Udyog Ltd has appointed Mandovi Motors as Dealer for Maruti vehicles and Spare parts in the year 1983. Mr. Ashok Rao is the Managing Director of the Company. Now Mandovi is one of the top Maruti Dealer all over India. Mandovi Motors Pvt. Ltd was the first Prestigious Authorised Dealer in Karnataka State and it commenced its operations at Bangalore on 14th June 1984 by Late Aroor Sripathi Rao. It was originally Mandovi Motors, Later i.e. in the year 1999 as the volume of business grew larger and larger, it was converted into a Private Ltd. company known as Mandovi Motors Pvt. Ltd. The Founder Director of Mandovi Motors i.e. Late Aroor Sripathi Rao was a leading businessman, as Authorized dealer for TELCO. Under the dynamic leadership of him, Mandovi grew very fast year after year and also started Maruti Suzuki's authorized dealership at Mysore in the year 1986, and later in 1989 a Dealership at Mangalore. Mandovi is having Ultra Modern showroom to sell Maruti Vehicles and has well equipped workshops to cater to the customer. Mandovi Motors Pvt. Ltd. has around 1500 employees and the Company is certified as ISO -9001/2000 for its Quality System by ISO an accredited body from Belgium. In the annual track, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) study 2003 undertaken by M/S/ JD Power Asia Pacific-Mandovi Motors was judged as one of the best service provider in All India Level.
