AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PRINCIPLE OF ALL SCHOOLS

We the Alpha Institute of Career Development which runs under the supervision of Alpha Trust is working for the interest of Students especially for Orangi Town since a Long time. The Motto of our Institute is to help Students and facilitate them to build their bright future and become the part of the world and to create those sorts of facilities we are working day and night. We know the problems of Orangi student and difficulties which they face regularly to carry on their studies and apart in their lives, which are really difficult for them and also for their parents. You know that how the students of Orangi maintain their studies in such Limitation but we have to tribute them for continuing, But I think as a student that for them the problems are not Important than Education, thats really very Impressive thinking. The students of Orangi are the proud of Orangi and we must have to courage them but in spite of that fact the problem of Orangi Students are more than the fact that they love the Education, that is the only reason behind our all activities and we are really concerned about the future of Students Especially Orangi Students. We think you also admire our meditation and in order to do this we also manage or hold many public / students gathering and meetings. It is the fact that man is not born with Education, it is the responsibility of the teacher s and our society to brief them about the importance of Education and that is the only consideration to us to take part in the Educational activities and spreading the knowledge about Education over Orangi. The main problem for the student is to choose the faculty and carry on their studies in the above choose faculty like Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, Arts, Commerce, computer science and so on. We by doing many surveys get the result that. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Students not know the proper dealings of the above said faculties. Students are very confused in choosing faculty. They have not the right knowledge about the diplomas. They have not any road map for their future. The teachers also not have the proper knowledge about the different faculties.

If you are really sincere and we think you are, than we want you to think about the future of Orangi Students if you are really want that Orangi Students do something special for their own selves and after that for Homeland so we have to practice and give them the proper knowledge/ Education. Now, we invite you all to participate in our up-coming Seminar named and style as Child Career Development Program in which our motive is to give the basic education to your students about their future. In which class VII to X are allow to

participate and ask any form and type of Educational questions regarding about their future, it is humbly prayed to you to allow your students to take part in the up-coming seminar than you really note or see that the changes are now occurring and after that they want to build / change the future not only for their own but also for others. Just think your one step/order/decision will change the future of anyone. It is really important. THE FUTURE IS IN YOURS HAND This Seminar named and style as Child Career Development Program will Insha Allah held on 7th of January 2012 at Alpha tech Institute, Orangi Town, Karachi. The main intention to design this seminar is that:1. We give them the basic and important knowledge about different faculties and the best option for them as connected with their abilities and skills. 2. We give them the proper guidance about the diplomas which is better for them as concerned with their thinking and interest. 3. Our sincere intention is to bring the motivation about their future in them. 4. We want them to decide their future goals in view of our guidance. 5. We want to set a road map for them by which they bright their future. In the above seminar we invite highly qualified and experienced teachers from both orangi and also from outside orangi and also our I.T department are there to satisfy your above asked question and we hope that after the guidance period we feel the change which is growing in yourselves. OUR OTHERS PROJECT:Besides the seminar we are also have the intention to do other projects the details of the above projects are listed below.  Teachers training and English Language Program In View of the difficulties of teachers we also decide to run or to establish the program in which we give short courses like English Language and Computer Knowledge in which we facilitate the teachers to build them as an experienced teacher. We also made a plan to minimize the fess structure only for teachers in which we decided that the cost of each course in divided in such a manner that teacher easily afford the course. Structure:- Teachers only afford 60% of the total fess , 20% will be paid by the Alpha Trust and the residue 20% is to paid by the Principle

of the concerned School. In that manner we request all the School Principle to take interest and suggest their valuable comment.  Provide facility in Building Of Computer Lab:If in case there is no any Computer lab build in the above said School than Alpha Trust also help them in building Computer lab and also to provide computer software , computer teachers and computer equipments as per required cost.  Creating a better Environment for School:It is also near to our eyes that the atmosphere or you say the environment is so important in building the future of the young ones , So in that case if you face any difficulty in maintaining a peaceful or happy environment in the above said school we also help you to maintain or create Peaceful and education environment.  Providing Notes , School paper typing and other writing material:We also provide you the best educational notes of class IX and X if needed and also its our desire to make all your School Test paper if there is a need we will fulfill it and if you required any writing material for your students we also help you in that manner.
