Access to MUHC

Background
Project initiated by the Qubec Ministre des Transports and the MUHC aimed at constructing a permanent service road to the MUHC from the Rue Saint-Jacques, as agreed upon in the memorandum of understanding signed in 2011. Coordinating MTQ work with work on the MUHC site, maximizing the speed of implementation and limiting impacts to traffic and the population.
