AKSes (Securities Ownership Reference) is a facility given to Investor to directly monitor Custodian Bank. To come into the facility, investor is required to perform steps as follow: 1. to complete registration. 2. to make User ID. 3. to login to AKSes facility.

This registration is performed by inputting personal data to get Investor ID Single Investor ID (SID) number and to login to AKSes facility. Steps to be performed are as follow: 2. Account ID: Sub Securities Account opened in Securities Company or Name: Name available in Sub Securities Account, non editable field. Custodian Bank. Broker/Custodian: Name of Securities Company or Custodian Bank where client has opened Sub Securities Account.

Date of Birth: date of birth for individual client or companys establishment date for corporate client. ID Number KTP: Identity card number KTP. ID Number NPWP: Tax registration number NPWP. ID Number Passport: Identity card number Passport.

II. Login to AKSes Facility

5. Click Next, enter the following data:

a. User ID: Fill out preferred user ID (Unique User ID). 8 characters at b. Password: Enter password by using pin pad available on the screen. d. Email: Enter email address (email) provided on the screen. c. Confirm Password: Enter password again by using virtual keyboard minimum ( alphanumerical characters letter and digit).

9. Afterwards, you will directly log in (as shown below)

II.2 Access on the following occasion

1. Enter user ID data made on first activation on User ID field.

3. Enter password data made on first activation on password field by using virtual keyboard available on the screen.

2. Click Next.

5. Answer both secret question randomly reveal on the screen based on your provided answer on first activation.

III. Crosslink Request

2. Click investor management as shown below

Crosslink is a function to link sub account previously registered with other sub accounts in other Securities Company/Custodian Bank 1. Log in to AKSes (investor area)

3. Choose crosslink request

5. Click submit, then, sub account number being crosslink will be displayed in request status. Then, Click get request form to print crosslink application form to be further delivered to designated Broker/Custodian Bank for approval.

4. Enter your sub account number available in other Broker/Custodian Bank safekeeping investors portfolio on account ID column

IV. User ID Blocked or Forget Password

This function is applied when client has already made user ID and password, but forget the password or it is blocked so the login fails. 1. Choose Forgot Your Password menu 2. Enter the following data required

3. Click reset password until the following message appears.

4. Click Back, then client will receive email containing of new password. (see below)

5. Return to AKSes website (investor area) and enter your user ID

6. Click Next, then enter password available in the email automatically delivered by KSEI.

7. Answer both secret question, then Click login.

8. Client can change password by going into facillities menu, then choose change password menu (see the following display)

6. Click Send Secret Question until the following message appears

7. Click Back. Client will automatically receive email from KSEI. Client can use AKSes. answer of question delivered by AKSes, then, replace it after successfully login to

8. Return to AKSes website (investor area) and enter user ID and password choose change question menu (see the display below)

9. Answer secret question based on answer received from email delivered by KSEI.

10. Client can change answer of secret question by going into facillities menu, then

VI. Missing Pincode

When pincode delivered by broker/custodian bank is missing, client can ask broker/custodian bank that sends AKSes Card and pincode to reset the pincode. be further delivered to client. After having the pincode reset by concerning broker/custodian bank, KSEI will print a new pincode for the client. New pincode will be sent to broker/custodian bank to
