MCKINSEY'S 7S MODEL OF APPOLO TYRES McKinsey's 7S model is a tool used to think about the development and remodellin g of organisations.

The theories name comes from the seven factors that McKinsey found important in the context of organisation development.They are str ategy,skills,shared values,structure,systems,staff and style. (1)Strategy Appolo tyres always aim to become a brand of customer choice for its entire cust omer base.To achieve this milestone the company invest in research and developme nt,technological investment and quality to ensure the superiority of the companies offerings in all aspects.The company has aleady taken steps to convert itself from a simple tyre supplier in to provi ding complete solutions for its customer transportation needs. (2)Shared values Transparency has always been a major feature of Appolo tyres.It has been done by explaining and classifying the companies policies and actions to those people w ho are responsible to do it.Such an act ensures maximum disclosure with out affecting the companies and shareholder's values. The various departments and teams in the management are all high ly qualified to its positions.They have a clear knowledge about what they are doing and they ar e highly capable of taking effective decisions themselves.Every department in Appolo takes various actions and decision in the companies interest without any influence from outside.
