Client Information: Client Information consists of all the client details and also adds the new client information. Status Information consists of current interview status information and also updates the interview process information. Agent Information: Agent Information module consists of all the agent details i.e All company details like Type of the company,Address,Contact Person, job categories ,vacancy for positions. The

Recruite Manager can be used to centralize your online recruiting efforts and manage the entire process more efficiently. Agent modules consist of search the candidate information and also add the agent information.

Status information: Status information module contains status of the interview which is held by the recruiter.ie the result is in progress or the result is announced. It consists of current interview status information and also updates the interview process information.

Project Tracking System is a computerised system for managing and monitoring different projects undergoing in a software concern. It is a web based system which allow various clients to register and can submit their project proposal. Project management includes developing a project plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. It also provides the detail about the task to perform, its status, past projects etc. Workflow Monitoring System is a system of overseeing and managing the process of passing information, documents, tasks details, task status, work history, etc from one employee or machine within a business to another. Through proper workflow management, each of these employees or machines will pass the work on according to a predetermined rules or procedures. It also includes managing the implementation of the project plan, along with operating regular 'controls' to ensure that there is accurate and objective information on 'performance' relative to the plan, and the mechanisms to implement recovery actions where necessary. Projects usually follow major phases or stages (with various titles for these), including feasibility, definition, project planning, implementation, evaluation and support/maintenance. It includes a security feature in client registration module, i.e. client get registered only when they enter the correct verification code provided by the company through mail.
